I'm staying a week with Airbnb and the service is terrible, hour long line to check in, forced valet parking which takes forever to retrieve car and drop off.

Rude security, we were under a contract for a unit here a couple months ago so I have been to the building with my agent. As I was having a walk with my mother I wanted to show her the bay view through the ungated open parking lot. A guard started screaming to us through the speakers with a threat tone ordering us to leave. I'm glad I didn't buy the apartment or my guests would have to deal with rude untrained security staff. Managment should install a gate if they are so concerned and maintain it better because looks like a dirty public parking lot to me.
