I have called so many times to speak wit ...
I have called so many times to speak with anyone...someone who can tell me if there are any 1 or 2 bedroom units available for a straight 7days as well as left 2voicemails and no response.I simply can not understand running a business and not getting back to a person in 3 -5 days or not even answering the phone on the 3rd ring per your business hrs.like what is the issue?the reviews are that great yet have a lack of communication? I do not understand when ppl/a place of business have a lack of communication its so unprofessional and unattractive.I looking for a place to live is stressful enough yet no one communicates? that is the worst kind of business.

I recently visited Cypress Grove Apartments to inquire about leasing. While the exterior and amenities are impressive, my experience was disappointing. The leasing agent, Marc, was dismissive and appeared unprepared, which left a poor impression. Additionally, they claimed to have available units, but that turned out to be inaccurate. I hope they work on improving their professionalism and transparency. The property looks great on the surface, but there seem to be underlying issues to consider.
