This place will raise your rent everytime you renew your lease. They did to me for 7 years. If you ask why? They say because of market value. No heart. Only business . I rent from private owner now and he has a heart.

Very understanding place thats all i will say during the pandemic they were very helpful.

Too expensive

Move in was very easy, Zach in the leasing office was very easy to work, and very responsive!

Ever since I’ve been on planet earth I’ve never called a leasing office and experienced such polite and friendly service, I don’t know the guy’s name but he’s very friendly and helpful 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

To start I been moved here in May of this year. I worked with Zach who was helpful throughout the process. I understand he is an employee and this review does not reflect on him personally as I know he is just doing his job. The apartment could be better for the amount of rent they charge here and if my previous lease wasn’t ending so soon, I would have had more time to look. I also recently had a baby and needed to secure housing for my 2 small children as I am a single mother. The maintenance here is probably the best thing they have to offer because they do come fast and seem to know what they are doing. Not too soon after me moving in, I did receive a call from Zach asking if I needed to add anyone to my lease. Due to me being a single mother and having a new baby of course I would have visitors to see the new baby so I found that call to be a bit weird. The raccoons here are absolutely huge and there is only one dumpster for the whole community. I rarely want to even have company here. There was a crack in the tile when I moved in by the front door and I was told that “it’s always been there and can’t be changed.” It’s not expensive at all to change tile so that should have been my first red flag not to hand over my hard earned money. In addition to that, my vehicle was stolen literally parked feet away from their leasing office. I filed a police report and contacted them and was told that the cameras they have needed batteries and are not working. Yet the sign when you come in advertises as a private community. All of my personal information and children’s belongings are gone. I didn’t receive not even a courtesy call from the management asking if we were ok or even a follow up to my vehicle being stolen off the property. No humanity whatsoever. I fear for my safety living here now and simply want to be able to terminate my lease as it is now unsafe for me and my children to be here. I was told I would be charged a two months penalty. By the grace of God my children and I will find a place soon that actually cares about the residents and the safety of their property and belongings. Even being able to go month to month was not an option. I look forward to the day my children and I will be able to put this nightmare behind us. You can never win when you have no empathy for others. Please don’t move here if you can avoid this property. They don’t care.

If I could give zero stars I would. My stepmom daughter got her car stolen in broad daylight right in front of the leasing office but it’s a so call private community! What’s so private about this complex if my vehicle isn’t safe? PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE. They don’t deserve people hard earn money.

I live there before in the past I was very unpleasant with my experience. poor maintenance, unprofessional staff specially the property manager her name is Beatrice she's very rude, and she's discriminating. I don't recommend anyone to to move there.

Great place to live in, had a great experience with office staff in my renewal process, they helped me with every question. They are incredibly helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to meet the residents needs. Maintenance has done an amazing job, never had a work order take longer than 1 day to complete. This place is also located in a very centered area near a Publix, Gas stations, Banks and schools. Great place.

The property manger Beatrice is extremely unprofessional you can walk down your stairs say good morning she will look you in your face and smirk and will not speak the buildings are very dirty we lived there for three years and it was only pressure cleaned twice the raccoons are excessively vicious They come up your stairwell and rip open your garbage. The garbage compactor, always breaking trash thrown everywhere. Any maintenance requests? They blame the tenants for Destroying the appliances Inside the unit . her representation of Northland properties client relations tend to be poor and unethical. She has no core value consciousness .
