Very bad service from the association. They don't have good advice, I don't recommend this condo

Great experience with everyone I’ve encountered. Luz was so helpful from the application process to the actual move in, and so was Rosemary. Great service and nice space to live in.

Doesn't look like they want to work or rent over there. I was emailing with an agent there that stopped responding once I asked about the application and approval process. I've been there twice now on Saturdays, I returned with appt. made as i was instructed to do so, trying to get a tour and look at the place I'd be potentially renting, and the lady did not have information on what was available, "could not" show us anything. All we got was a property map cycled of what potentially would be the unit and we were told we could just drive by.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We had the worse experience trying to get a tour at this place. Ms Pacheco is the most unhelpful person there is and really has no business working in customer service. My husband went in last week to get info on an apartment and Ms Pacheco told him he needed an appointment because she was extremely busy at the moment. We made an appointment for the following week and when we got there she again stated that she was very busy and that appointments were not garanteed. How are you supposed to rent out your available units if you can’t even attend to your potencial clients? Run from this place.

The property is clean, quiet, with very nice looking units and a great location. Rosemary was incredibly helpful through this process. She answered all of our questions and helped us every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with her service!

My experience at this condominium was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. I scheduled a pre-arranged appointment to view an apartment, but upon arrival, the supposed manager informed me that the apartment was not ready to be shown. After rescheduling the appointment, I found myself in the same situation again. Despite my persistence, I was unable to physically view the apartment and was instead suggested to apply through the app. After several failed attempts to apply due to technical issues and the unexpected closure of my user account, I finally discovered that my application had been canceled without my consent. When my husband tried to get answers at the office, the manager falsely claimed that we did not qualify due to our credit, despite never undergoing a credit check and having a credit score of 700. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service and communication in the future.

Good evening, we paid for GM but we still can't get in. We went to the office and said that they were constantly trying to stall us. It's been 2 months and they said an official will come, but there is still no solution. Can you please find a solution?

At the beginning they will give you honeymoon and after renewing my lease I found out that my very broken ac will not be replaced , I could not sleep because I was freezing. I don’t feel well so I’m going to doctor, I have a lots of health issues and what is going on over in leasing office is beyond professional. I’m gonna make sure that every institution that has something to do with leaving conditions of units will be notified. I am very polite person but I don’t like cheating and lying . I am just editing my review, the free wifi took all my identity, I have to deal with bank , apple support and even my police officer friend told me that those free WiFi offers are the most insecure under planet earth. Now I am penniless and had to get committed to the hospital with nervous breakdown. I have all documentation. The all year in the community caused me nothing but loss of health. And reading all reviews I am not alone with all the problems.

Not even a resident or applicant and already had a bad experience, made an appointment at 1:30pm just to get there to a welcoming sign of “out for lunch” ok I said, everyone needs lunch, but then I noticed movement inside and decide to knock anyways. Greeted with a “we are on lunch could you please come later?” Of course my reaction is a sorry I made an appointment for 5 mins ago but whatever do you have the apartment I am looking for so I may reschedule. There answer was “no those are all rented out maybe if you come back Monday next week”. Yeah I don’t recommend this place.
