My experience at this condominium was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. I scheduled a pre-arranged appointment to view an apartment, but upon arrival, the supposed manager informed me that the apartment was not ready to be shown. After rescheduling the appointment, I found myself in the same situation again. Despite my persistence, I was unable to physically view the apartment and was instead suggested to apply through the app. After several failed attempts to apply due to technical issues and the unexpected closure of my user account, I finally discovered that my application had been canceled without my consent. When my husband tried to get answers at the office, the manager falsely claimed that we did not qualify due to our credit, despite never undergoing a credit check and having a credit score of 700. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service and communication in the future.
