This place needs to be closed & merged with Broward County. DO NOT trust caseworker's calculations for your rent portion.  They're too worried about the pandemic pay & stimulus money some tenants received. The workers never stay on the job long & the director, Delta had to get her position because no one else stayed around. She's definitely not fit for the position & abusing it.
If you ask about the chain of command/who's in charge, She give you the run around as if no one exists, but her.
The education requirements to work here is an associates degree...go figure
