I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Del Oro Apartment Homes. I moved in last summer & my experience with Alexandria & entire office team has been nothing but plesant. Alexandria's always approachable & helpful, on demand. Maintenance is responsive & great too! I look forward to continued residency & renewing my lease this upcoming year.

I am surprised of all the negative comments.  Just moved in and the leasing office is more than willing to help you out as needed.  Friendly staff, clean apartment, well done.

Finding a reasonable rent now a days is very difficult, I’ve had a great experience here, rent is very well reasonable and it’s well located near the swap shop and the turnpike, the sawgrass mall is not too far either! also few schools around. I’ve had a good experience with the staff and honestly can’t agree with the rest of the reviews here.

Great communication with property manager Sam and ladies at the leasing office. Made the impossible possible for my family & I. Looking forward to moving in late January .

New management has really taken amazing steps to completely revamp the property. I look forward to the continuation of the improvements.

We got our key to move in to an apartment with this complex, 12/16/2023, and I must say we're unhappy. Upon arrival, it's clear that nothing was properly cleaned. There is dust, lint, dirt, and stains in multiple spots. Obviously, no one bothered to move the washer and dryer because when we moved them we found a pile of lint and dirt between them, along with clothing from the previous tenants. How is that even possible? We're told that over the past two weeks they're supposed to be cleaning it, and making it nice and clean for a family to move in. The kitchen is filthy and has crumbs and residue in the drawers and the cabinets, left over from the previous tenants. Around the windows are dusty and dirty and had a necklace sitting on the sill indicating no one bothered to clean those areas or even take a look. You can see inside the apartment from the outside through the peep hole because there's no blurred glass there giving anyone who walks by access to look clearly inside the apartment. The roach infestation you guys have is mind blowing, disgusting, unlcean, unhealthy, and unsafe. You mention there's no bedbug issues, but failed to mention that the real issue is the roaches. They've invaded every room in the house from the floor, all the way up to the ceiling. There's no evidence that the apartment has been treated for them.
We in no way expected to receive royal treatment, but you all as a company have to realize that you're in the customer service business and that your priorities and actions should reflect that. You're dealing with, and taking care of people. For Del Oro Apartments to say that these conditions are move in ready for a family, especially with children, is highly disappointing and unacceptable. You all expect us to have our forms and more importantly our money ready when the time comes to move in, but we can't expect to, at minimum, have a clean place to move into? Where's the logic? Where's the care? What are we doing here? Del Oro should feel embarrassed and ashamed to even have this email written, knowing that tenants can't even move into a clean apartment.
Again, this is very disappointing, and we're not happy at all with the conditions upon moving in.
