I have only been here a few weeks and day one they should have never released this unit I have never been so unhappy with a unit
The biggest problem is ROACHES
I am sure they knew of this before they took our money
Yes the office manager has been trying to get things done new appliances but now ROACHES are getting in those new appliances
I don’t know what pest control company comes out out but it has to be a joke
No way this place she be this bad if they stay on top of it
The first door keys didn’t work it took four days to get that together now the laundry room key isn’t working no mail box key yet
Kitchen cabinets falling apart full of ROACHES
I CANT UNPACKED MY STUFF BECAUSE IM NOT PUTTING IT IN THAT KITCHEN
I AM SO DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED
At this point I WANT MY MONEY BACK

The office is very clean Jessi did a amazing job with moving me in kept me updated the entire process

Tracey (manager) been working hard to make sure issues I have is being / been addressed. Management prior did nothing but gave false promises.
Maintenance works hard and is helpfu.l

This is the worst apartment ever the manager doesn't care every time somebody try to speak to her she shut her door or say give her 5 mins she never fixes any situation I need to speak to somebody higher than her she needs  to get fired my apartment have mold my stove haven't been working since I moved it the balcony is messed up she said that's not her business and she is so unprofessional manager has a very bad attitude need a new manager

The building management is easy to work with. It was a breeze to renew my lease. They were super friendly about mistakes that I made. Highly recommend moving here if looking for something affordable

Renter be aware don't rent here it looks really good on the website but little do you know it has a really big roach problem I mean an infestation they send out pest control but that doesn't help when you move in and start cooking they come out of nowhere from the light fixtures the outlets they even crawl over you while sleeping. I know times are hard but don't move here. They pee in the elevators it's very dirty. My lease is up in January. Can't wait to get out of here. Don't make the same mistakes we made run run run you have been warned

UPDATE:  after months of complaining  they sent somone to the apartment to "FIX" the glass sliding door.  The problems is its worse that it was before.  The original problem was that it would not slide, open or closed. You literally had to push it very hard to do either or. Now it slides perfectly, but it will not close. There's a 3 inch gap between the door and where it's supposed to lock, and the person that they sent to fix it left it that way.. When I sent someone to the office to speak to the manager.. The person that went there on my behalf was told to leave an email, and then they will get back to us.. So my question to you is DEL. Oro., When can I expect the money that I am spending on my electricity bill? Because believe me, I will not be paying for it. It's coming out of your pocket.. I was able to leave 0 Stars, I would let me start by the minimal things, first, they don't upkeep the building. There's trash in the hallways. There's urine in the elevators and Termites. there's feces of animals all over the place, and no way One cleans it up. They state that their apartments are luxury. I would like to see where, the apartments are infested with roaches. They promise that they're going to get rid of them and nothing is done( They do send pest control, but what he uses is basically water)Appliances are broken for years and they don't fix it. They try to put a Band-Aid on it and tell you they're going to when they don't. I have been asking for almost over a year to have a drawer fixed and yet it has not been done I have a broken stove. I have a glass sliding door that does not work, which I have also have asked to be fixed, and here we are 8 months in and still nothing. Then, when you ask them to please give you a new apartment that is livable, they ask you to pay an extra deposit to be able to move. when all they  have to dois just fix the problems. Please, I beg of you do not move here. They rent out apartments that are not sanitary or livable.They will steal your money and not let you break the lease. The good thing is that I have a documentation and I have Intentions, to go to The health department.. Do with this information what will. And  lastly, Del Oro, Don't bother commenting back because all you do, spew lies. Have the day you deserve
