I have only been here a few weeks and day one they should have never released this unit I have never been so unhappy with a unit
The biggest problem is ROACHES
I am sure they knew of this before they took our money
Yes the office manager has been trying to get things done new appliances but now ROACHES are getting in those new appliances
I don’t know what pest control company comes out out but it has to be a joke
No way this place she be this bad if they stay on top of it
The first door keys didn’t work it took four days to get that together now the laundry room key isn’t working no mail box key yet
Kitchen cabinets falling apart full of ROACHES
I CANT UNPACKED MY STUFF BECAUSE IM NOT PUTTING IT IN THAT KITCHEN
I AM SO DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED
At this point I WANT MY MONEY BACK

The office is very clean Jessi did a amazing job with moving me in kept me updated the entire process

Tracey (manager) been working hard to make sure issues I have is being / been addressed. Management prior did nothing but gave false promises.
Maintenance works hard and is helpfu.l

This is the worst apartment ever the manager doesn't care every time somebody try to speak to her she shut her door or say give her 5 mins she never fixes any situation I need to speak to somebody higher than her she needs  to get fired my apartment have mold my stove haven't been working since I moved it the balcony is messed up she said that's not her business and she is so unprofessional manager has a very bad attitude need a new manager

The building management is easy to work with. It was a breeze to renew my lease. They were super friendly about mistakes that I made. Highly recommend moving here if looking for something affordable

Renter be aware don't rent here it looks really good on the website but little do you know it has a really big roach problem I mean an infestation they send out pest control but that doesn't help when you move in and start cooking they come out of nowhere from the light fixtures the outlets they even crawl over you while sleeping. I know times are hard but don't move here. They pee in the elevators it's very dirty. My lease is up in January. Can't wait to get out of here. Don't make the same mistakes we made run run run you have been warned
