Lush Sunriser Apartments

I have had a great experience with my stay at Lush apartments.  The management, office, and maintenance staff are professional, kind, emphatic, and care about the renters, and Mr. Michael (owner) responds to the renters' needs in a timely way.   My daughters and I have lived in apartments with them for over 4 years.  The exterior of the apartments are clean and it is peaceful most of the time in the area in which I live.

The apartments and their surroundings are impeccably maintained. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. The landlord, Mike Gordon, provides exceptional customer service.

When you drive up the property, you can immediately see the attention to detail the ownership and management have.  They offer amenities that most apartments in the area do not such as playgrounds, and cable and internet.  The property is cleaned on a daily basis and helps to create a real community feel.  Can't say enough good things about living here!

Lush Properties has been a godsend! They have come through in a pinch with availability and helped move residents in efficiently. The property is always very well manicured and clean. The units are all updated. Staff is helpful and show up same day for maintenance complaints. I would highly recommend!
