I am  very satisfied that the trouble tickets that I posted on their platform were repair immediately and successfully. Thank You Devan, Glenn and Javier for your help.

All I have to say is please make this place your last resort. Only move there if you have nowhere else to go. Those people in the office will lie as much as he do. When you are moving they will take pictures behind your back to act like you left trash out the apartment. They will do everything in their power to keep your security deposit as long as they can. I waited 30 days still didn’t receive my deposit. Then they will tell you to email the corporate office, which they don’t have it’s just them trying to redirect you and prolong things. The worst please do not move there if you can help it. So update to this review: I got a chance to speak to the owner which is a blonde hair guy. He lied and told me he sent me my Check on the 14. His proof w he wrote on the 30th but delete on the 14 and the 30th has same Check number. How can a check that’s supposed to be in the mail dated on the 14 is the same check number dated on the 30th. To make matter worst he deleted the docusign I signed stating my address I wanted the check send to the same day I called which was last Friday. Today is the 30th and the check still hasn’t came in the mail. He then called me to come to the office to pick up the rest of the money he finessed out my deposit. And here’s proof it’s the same check he just changed the date. #CONARTIST

Landlord is great always is accommodating and was fast at giving my refund of security deposit back.  Lived there for a year.

At first it was decent but by all means RUN. Look somewhere else. Very money hungry. They will NOT let people live. The people are not the problem it is the actual complex itself. I’ve seen multiple single family parents vehicles get towed over a SIMPLE parking matter no respect for tenants. They don’t care if you work or who you work for. If you have pets or family members or any loved ones be careful. not only to me but a close neighbor and 2 other tenants in the area have suspected one of the Office Ladies randomly for easy eviction will be in the parking lots of  the complex and sit in her car and watch you enter in and out of your apartment until she suspects a “violation of the lease” and literally will bull rush you at question. Just very CREEPISH.
Put more money into making the apartment LOOK good. Save your money

I am not pleased with this apartment at the point, I was approved for apartment but end up doing a surgery and was unable to move in the date I provided have been communicating with the young lady in the office about everything explained to her that recovering process takes 2-3 weeks so I will be out of work until cleared by doctor so I advised her that they want to rent apartment if they wanted to and return my money she went to tell me no they will have another one available on February 1 2023 at that point that was a red flag that these people are money hungry. Anyway I went back and did a follow up visit and was told by the doctor that I had to do another surgery because they saw something else. I am very distracted at this point and advised office that I will be moving in with a friend because I needed to focus on my health and that I had to do another surgery. I was told to send a email to corporate for return of my money sent 2 email with no response called office and have been given the run around totally not professional I had to cancel my surgery because I needed to pay a deductible. I would advice their prices are high, very unprofessional and money hungry, avoid this building

I have noisy neighbors upstairs n They Always Fighting n The Kid's Don't Go to bed at Decent Time, It's no Considering for My Father Who's get up Everyday for Work At 4am in Earlier Morning, It's Principal How You Do Things As Family n To Be Nice To Ur Neighbors
