The security process is absurdly slow, and they make residents and guests wait in ridiculously long lines just to get in, as if it’s some exclusive club rather than a home. I will say there are some nice security guards but the rules here are just as ridiculous they restrict when you can move things, which makes the simplest tasks a hassle. Parking is an absolute nightmare. The lot is always full, and even when you finally find a spot, you’re left wondering if your car will survive the next rain. I’ve already had my car trapped during a severe flood that made it impossible to drive out.
To top it all off, the leasing office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Any time you ask for assistance or clarification, they treat you like you’re a nuisance. I can’t recommend avoiding this place enough if you want to actually enjoy where you live.

This is probably the worst place I’ve ever lived in. IT GETS SUPER  FLODED!! The association is basically communist bc they have a huge set of rules and they offer nothing, the bare minimum would be providing sand bags and have staff ready to help tenants for when this occurs but they are incompetent. Not a single person when we had the interview to move in let us know the severity of flooding

The securities here have no respect for humanity. I believe todays was Mikael Ruiz, Cuban, and very disrespectful. I went to meet with my friend that lives there with her dog and brought my dog as I usually do and he told me to leave the premises or he would call the police he tells me this is private property but I am visiting my friend so what is the problem ? Also, there are many other ways to treat people correctly and this is not it. Terrible juman being out on the field if he is mad at the world he should just stay home.
