I had previously written a good review because the staff asked me to the week I moved in(that's how they get these 5 stars). This place is over priced for what It is. It takes almost a month to get maintenance to come by even for the smaller things (because the front desk forgets to call them ). They're incredibly disorganized and are never ever there to help you but are only quick when it comes to taking your money. I once bought a large storage there because they told me it was available and when I came back with all my stuff that I took out from another storage, turns out they only had small ones because there were people there with their stuff there ,months after not having paid for their storage, and no one noticed. so my things got stacked up so much that some items broke and all they had to say was "my bad".  They have a 60 day policy that you have to let them know you will not renew, I assumed that's because once your lease is up you would have to contract a new one to stay or they give your room away. they didn't tell me that when my lease was up they would charge me for a full month almost double the price and they tried to tell me I had to stay for 60 days when the lease says only a 15 day notice for month to month is required.. my Roomate had left since my lease was up and they charged me close to 4,000 which is what a full month costs for a 2/2 turns out my full month ended on the ninth and they want me to pay another 1,400 dollars for those 9 days. they really don't care about you and want to take all you have. their gym machines barely work.  their elevators always smell like vomit and wet dog. they only give you one parking pass no matter how many people are on the lease and charge you another 120 a month for anyone else who wants to park there. They act nice the day you move in and after that they will never help you again . I had to notify my neighbors of the 60 day policy because no one had any idea.  I had complained about my neighbors making huge loud thumping/floor slams / yelling and things breaking / tool  noises for 6 whole months and they never NOT ONCE ever reached out to those people. for all we know they could be abusers in that room.  the lights are always going out and they damaged a 2,000$ device I have for work. the drains are always clogged. they wanna charge me another 1,400 for NINE DAYS. even though my experience was horrendous for the last half year

Our maintenance team completes all requests in the order they receive them, and by putting the request on your portal account, it will go directly to maintenance (although emergencies take priority). However, you can always reach out to check on the status. We pride ourselves on being transparent in all communications and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Your lease clearly states your notice requirement, and we also include a reminder of the renewal letter that we send before 60 days. Please feel free to give us a call or stop by the office. Definitely the experience of living with ...
Definitely the experience of living with my loved ones in a community like “The Flats” is wonderful, describing it in words is poetry, and even more so now that we have renovated spaces and a team that works every day to maintain the energy of this community. wonderful experience of living in a totally Luxury environment. Surrounded by a great gastronomic and unparalleled entertainment community, it is easy to have a good time with friends and family guests.
Without a doubt the best place to live in the city of Miami. Thanks guys ! They do a wonderful job! You are the best team, we have always found support in you.
I share some images of the incredible view that I enjoy daily from the balcony.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY DO NOT LIVE HER ...
IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY DO NOT LIVE HERE. There has been 2 attempted break-ins into my apartment in the middle of the night. The building is extremely unsafe and unwanted visitors come and go as they please since the security pad from the front entrance has been broken for months. Management was notified multiple times in-person and by e-mail and they have said that NOTHING will be done to improve security measures and that they cannot and will not undertake any safety measures for the sake of residents. Absolutely negligent and utterly disgusting behavior. Counting the days to move out.

Daniela, I am sorry that was your impression of our conversation. Our residents safety is of our upmost concern and we do take these matters seriously. For these reasons, we have our on-site Courtesy Officer, Manny available to our residents at all times. If you ever experience any areas you feel uncomfortable or in harms way it is our immediate recommendation to reach out to Manny as he is a Doral PD officer and is able to respond immediately or send another patrol car in his replacement. Throughout the community, you will also see CityPlace Security officers on guard at all times who are also able to assist if you are experiencing an emergency. We pride ourselves in being able to provide multiple areas of security to our residents, and I do apologize that you did not feel secure in these moments. If these items ever happen in the future, please reach out to Manny or call 911 immediately so that they may assist you. And then please bring it to our attention so that we can take any courses of action if necessary. The front entrance door sensor has been repaired and is remaining locked outside of office hours. It is always of our upmost importance to make our residents feel safe and secure in our community and I do hope that we can provide this to you. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 305-602-7716 or stop by the leasing office. Thank you.

Lived here for last 6 months excellent experience - best place I lived since moving to Miami in 2020 - great location, great maintenance/staff, amenities are great and apt is spacious. 100% recommend!

This is the worse place you can live in!! The management  sucks and that Venezuelan guy/ girl  sucks.
Manager is always in a meeting.
Moved out from there, apartments are so expensive and unsafe.
Manager and that Venezuelan person suck, they provided  the worse service.
living there  was a nightmare, specially management.

These people are  fraudulent, I had applied for an ugly  expensive  studio, however, things didn't work out and they are refusing to provide an answer regarding my money order in the amount of $1200 its been more than 3 month and I haven't received any answer nor call back, they don't answer and when they do, the manager is Always in a friking meeting.
there people are a joke.
Apartments are unsafe and so expensive.
I have friends moving out from there as their apartments are so unsafe.

Not sure where to begin. Thought this building was going to be well kept and up to all standards due to its pricing and location; sadly I was wrong. Whether it be the hallway A/C not working making the hallways feel like humid traps, the horrible aroma of pet piss throughout all the hallways, trash being overspilled at the trash chutes, or the elevator fingerprint not properly working. This building is definitely not worth the monthly rental price. The amenities are not up to standards either. I completely regret signing a lease here as it’s taking a toll on my mental capacity and lifestyle.ALSO THIS COMPLEX IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY AT ALL. NO WHERE TO WALK YOUR DOGS SAFELY
ALSO ALWAYS SUPER NOISY OUTSIDE DAY AND NIGHT VERY DISRUPTIVE WHEN TRYING TO SLEEP AT NIGHT

The worst living experience thanks to the manager Lauren Robert’s and that’s why I left the building after I requested to move to another unit 20 days before my lease expired for a reduced $200 difference and was denied to move then expected me to renew at the high price I wasn’t planning to move but I had to because of their lousy job.. not to mention the overpriced no parking and broken jacuzzi. I left in the 21st and now they are sending me a $7300 bill I can’t recommend this place thanks to Lauren

Mike Araque, we try our best to prepare residents for potential fees in advance of moving out. Ultimately, additional charges are dependent upon the condition of various spaces/ items in your home which are more readily identified after moving out, and early termination fees apply if you don't fulfill your lease obligation.
