After five years at The Flats at CityPlace Doral, I highly recommend this community for its modern amenities, prime location, and exceptional staff—especially Clara, whose warm greetings make every day brighter.  

Living at The Flats in CityPlace Doral offers a convenient and modern lifestyle, combining luxury with practicality. The apartments are spacious, featuring contemporary finishes and high-end appliances, making them ideal for both singles and families. Residents enjoy access to top-tier amenities like a resort-style pool, fitness center, and community spaces. The maintenance team is very good…Kudos to Clarita for taking on the upkeep of two large buildings with the best disposition towards residents, she is an asset to the company.  The location is a major perk, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment at CityPlace Doral, as well as nearby major highways for a quick commute. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, and the management team led by Lauren is known for being responsive and runs a tight ship. Overall, The Flats provide a comfortable and dynamic living experience for those seeking a blend of urban convenience and suburban tranquility.

I love living at the Flats! From the moment I came into the office I was impressed by the welcoming environment. After living here, I realized the best part of being here is the staff. Clara is so attentive to the upkeep of the building, she makes the place feel like a 5 star resort. I appreciate the work she does and the level of detail she puts into her work!
The maintenance staff quickly responds to my requests and  make sure everything in my place is working well.
The front office is the heartbeat of the Flats, I appreciate them always being available to handle  my requests. Christian was the person who showed me my place here and has been super helpful every since.
If you are looking for a place the call home, you will love The Flats.

I love it here. The amenities for the complex is amazing.  The location is ideal being so close to the airport and the proximity to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc which are all within walking distance makes this apartment ideal.
Chris is knowledgeable and super helpful and took the time to answer all my questions.  He also ensured that my move in was seem less.  Any issues I had he got solved immediately;  talk about superb customer service and making you feel at home.

The Flats is a great place to live. Perfectly located near all the Doral hotspots for food, socializing, and medical facilities. The front office staff is amazing...make sure you stop in and see Christian to make an appt for a tour of The Flats if you're looking for your next place to live!!!

If you’re thinking of living here…SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE. DO NOT DO IT. As all the other reviews on here state…the Staff is unprofessional, the amenities is garbage, and No security. The place is subpar for not only the Doral area but just Miami in general. Live at any other place in Doral.
