We were provided with a tour today of the 3-bedroom apartments by Katiuska Aranguibel, the leasing consultant. She was the perfect guide for us. She is thoughtful and genuinely engaged the entire time she is with you. My husband and I got all of our questions answered. Kati advised us, made recommendations and is someone we will rely on as we make our decisions. You will be smart to ask for her if you are interested in Doral View. Doral View is lucky to be represented by her.

We are current resident of Doral view an ...
We are current resident of Doral view and this is not a safe place to be in, its suppose to be a gated community but the gates never work they are always open even when they work cars can follow other cars to get in. I recently had my car stolen from the parking lot of this community and everyone at leasing office excuse was that if its going to happen it will happen regardless of the gates, i and the detective than asked for the camera footage and they told us camera have not been working.

Today, I visited Doral View, but my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. Katiusca was the person I had been told to meet, but unfortunately, Ingrid showed up unexpectedly and made me feel as if I were trying to get an apartment for free or wasting Katiusca’s time.
