Douglas Cove Apartments

I been renting here for about a decade. Nice, safe and clean place. Gio(office manager) is very  nice and helpful as well. Same for all the other workers in the building. Great location-near MIA, downtown brickell  area, and you can walk to downtown miracle mile! Great neighbors as well. There also a gym which is a plus!

My name is Ozzie and I have lived here for 14years.this apartment building is the best place to live. Especially if you have kids. Very safe and great management. Many is are manager and always make sure all the tenants are happy.

Luisa is very nice and takes time to listen and while we wait to move from the Florida Keys to miami Dade this place is convenient for our temporary stay

I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent in this building. Lourdes and the people from maintenence are cool! But the management office sucks. All they care about is money, and they never fix anything on the building. WiFi is down, computers don't work, printers don't work, building is dirty, the gym sucks and they always find something extra to charge you.
