I have known multiple people who live or ...
I have known multiple people who live or lived at the building so I visited often over nearly the last 10 years. I have never met more helpful staff (the same people I've seen over many years) and friendly neighbors. The building is well kept, always clean and landscaped. Not to mention that the iconic design makes this 40+ year old building makes it feel like the building will never date! A true gem in Coconut Grove!
