River Oaks Apartments

At night random cars come through here to either fornicate or sell drugs. I once found a needle on the ground.

This is my third year in River Oaks. Great place to call home, my son likes it also and made great friends. Well maintained complex.

Customer service/ leasing agent was very kind and helpful. I toured two apartments standard and upgraded. The standard apartment she showed me was clean and the building was clean too. I just felt the windows should be washed to make the apartments on the outside look more clean because they’re a little dirty. As we walked to the upgraded apartment I noticed an apartment door was wide open but I didn’t really mind it because not my business and as long as someone is quiet that is fine. We reached the apartment and it was so beautiful inside. I loved the upgrades. I was ready to move forward with the process. As we were walking this time I walked past that same open door and I saw baby roaches crawling on the inside of the door. I couldn’t see them beforehand because the door was facing outward. I really wanted to sign, but I am honestly scared that the apartment will be infested with roaches. I could see that they’re keeping up with the outside maintenance, but to see baby roaches in the day crawling that means to me it may have infestation and what they’re charging for a upgrade is a little expensive to deal with a roach problem. Again, try it if you would like because it seems like a nice place other than the roaches I saw. I hope they fix that because again this could be a great place to live.
