Awesome community and an amazing manager. Elizabeth assisted me with all of my questions before and throughout my stay. She is always upbeat and engaging when approached. One of the best complex managers I have ever known.  Her staff, especially the security staff, are all friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend Montecassini Apartments to anyone looking for a great place at an affordable price and a clean friendly community.

Been living here since the building opened and it’s been a pleasant experience. Anytime Ive needed something Elizabeth the property manager has been on it! Great comfortable place to live!

I rarely review places because I don’t believe in giving a rating based on single visits or very short experiences. I’ve been a tenant here for 3 years and it has been great. The building is for the most part well kept. The people working here are very friendly, Elizabeth the manager is always available to answer questions and solve issues in a timely fashion. Raul the maintenance guy is awesome and Wister is also helpful.
I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet neighborhood apt while still have some luxuries like a pool and gym.

I let all the people know that they are not going to rent here, the supposed unprofessional manager Elizabeth Escoriaza gives you appointments to rent and see the apartment and leaves you standing saying that the unit is already rented when she had already arrived a day before getting to see the apartment. Apartment didn't help me either. What professional does that? I'm very upset. I'm afraid I wasted my time and my money because it's hours of my work. They're not going to pay me. They should fire her and give the job to someone. She wasn't able to face me afterwards. She left me alone and there is no way to communicate with the owners so they can chase this poorly educated woman who I don't think she even went to school the entire time you go to the unit, she is stuck upstairs because she lives right there so they rent if They are going to put someone in who doesn't want to attend, much less work. I hope they can contact the leasing office 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very bad job, every time I have a problem I have to beg for them to solve it but when it comes to them they blame a problem on you if they take action at the moment, they watched me because I was taking out my furniture and they questioned me, bragging about things they didn't know and they even questioned me. They made me leave the property for having my cousin living with me when 5 people can live in my apartment and only 3 of us live. Everything is very bad. I have never felt so harassed in this country.

Very nice place to live in, the manager Elizabeth and the rest of the staff there are great very friendly and professionals. They will help you out the best way possible in all your needs at Montecassini, I've been living there going for 3 years and I can't complain, the apartments are beautiful inside, neighbors are friendly. And I have never seen pest or roaches in that apartment or building, very well maintenance.Great place to live in, very nice commercial area where there's anything you need close to the area. I would highly recommend Montecassini apartments to anyone who is planning in living in a well rounded home!
