Regency Gardens Apartments

I am a first time renter, just leaving the nest. Regency Gardens apartments it’s a pleasant experience. The apartment I chose is a 1 bedroom, fully equiped with closets and a much needes dishwasher. I'm on the 2nd floor with a great view of beautiful green trees. On a hot day during the summer there is a very nice size pool that tenants can swim in for free, Even though I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. My first time being on my own it’s a great experience. Anytime there is something that needs fixed,the maintenance responds right away. The people in the neighborhood have been very friendly. I would refer anyone to live in Regency Gardens Apartments! Thank you Anisha❤️ , Thank you Kathie❤️ The office manager Anisha and Kathy she's amazing friendly professional and helpful. Listen from the first day I step foot in her office I felt like I was at home.

If you want a piece of mind DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! it’s a guy who roams the complex all day and night he steal packages deals with drugs in front of the kids walks around with weapons all the time he just violent I really have no clue why the front office didn’t ban him from our community yet I guess they don’t care . This guy messes with peoples put hands on them and the front office doesn’t even bother to protect the residents. Avoid this place if you don’t want a dangerous drug addict roaming where you lay your head

I have been dealing with dust mites in my apartment for almost a year in July now….Ive contacted the leasing office to inform them of the situation and barely anything was done. A walk through to spray my entire apartment only happened ONCE after the manager assured me she would do a walk through with pest control each time they came. The head manager for pest control came to my apartment walked around for 2 mins with a flash light and said there was nothing he could do because you cannot see dust mite with the naked eye but I can FEEL them I have spent $100s of dollars on home remedies, sprays, bombs and outside exterminators to come and spray my apartment and no progress has been made…..I can’t sleep or have company because it constantly feels like there is something jumping/crawling on me. I’m to the point I just want to move out because NOTHING is being done and I’m suffering while still having to pay to live with pests.

VERY QUIET I HAVE NOT HAVE HAVE A PROBLEMS AS YET,PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIEBDLY ,BEEN HERE FOR 4 MONTHS..#3 I LOVE LOVE LIVING HERE OMG :) LOVE IT
