VERY QUIET I HAVE NOT HAVE HAVE A PROBLEMS AS YET,PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIEBDLY ,BEEN HERE FOR 4 MONTHS..#3 I LOVE LOVE LIVING HERE OMG :) LOVE IT

Quite friendly and comfortable. Manager for property very helpful and takes care of all the peoples living in this community.

No notice of all the noise that would be going on at our neighbors house due to maintenance a heads up would have been more professional then being disturbed out of my sleep.with my mom being elderly and ill also having my child think the ceiling is about to cave in and fall. All I'm saying is it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have been prepared. This is very disturbing and unaware of.

This apartment complex isn’t the worst thing in the world, but is it is surely not the best. My family lives with a lot of roaches and the house is run down but I but is not the worst thing in the world. Whenever my mom tries to speak to Miss Anitra she’s too busy, but it’s not her fault and there’s so little maintenance because there’s only like one person working the job so I’m not mad. I just feel like I have been miss treated. Miss Anitra I hope you a good rest day

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THE APARTMENT COMPLEX DELETES THE TRUE ONES!!! The apartment manager Anitra is a pathological liar. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and Anitra the manager doesn’t make sure anything is done, she always has an excuse as to why things aren’t going to be fixed. It’s been flooding in my apartment for two weeks and the excuse now is “we don’t have a maintenance guy” when I put in a maintenance request for my front door a month prior to the flood and none of my request have ever been fixed and I’m still expected to have my rent by the 3rd…the gate still isn’t working and parking is hell because of that. PS: the apartment complex/Manager has blocked me from leaving reviews so I had to switch to another account🙂

The office manager Anitra she's amazing friendly professional and helpful. Listen from the first day I step foot in her office I felt like I was at home. The experience was amazing from start to finish. she's my angel she truly cares  not only the tenants but the community. I had an issue early in the morning and within 30 minutes she had someone in my apartment fixing the problem. I am happy to be a tenant.

Anitra was amazing , Not only is she very knowledgeable about Regency Gardens , but she cares. My meeting with her today was awesome! She’s very friendly and down to earth. You can tell that she wants to make a change and you can see the change that she’s making. It’s one thing to be a property manager , and manage but she’s making a difference ! The property is very clean and well kept on the outside looking in. The atmosphere when you walk into the front desk is welcoming and pleasant. See you soon Mrs. Anitra !!!!

Great customer service Kathelyne was able to help me with all my needs great attitude place looks amazing. Definitely recommend
