Good overall, great pool and hot tub and overall amazing staff which make the experience living here great. But doors lock themselves. So if your door (which automatically locks itself) closes and you leave your key inside or lose it you will pay $150-$300 to have a locksmith that they ADVERTISE to come open it. Imagine if I had a heart attack? How would the ambulance or anyone be able to come in? Lawsuit potential right there. Change the doors lock if you move here via rent or purchase.

they don’t let service workers use bathroom

One of the best buildings to live in Brickell. Apartments are beautiful and decently spacious. The amenities are really well maintained and are also amazing. You’re right on Brickell Bay Dr which is one of the best streets to live in Brickell. Most importantly, the staff there is unmatched! Bryan who is the admin staff has helped me and my client every step of the way to ensure they got everything right for the association. Patrick, who is new to the front desk staff, went above and beyond to help and assist me with any questions or concerns about the building and help. Overall, this building is one of the best buildings i’ve  toured in Brickell and highly recommend checking the place out!

Bay view, gym, staff, overall vibe  - amazing. Not excessively pretentious, very real too - that's a good trait.
