The Sail on Brickell

Excellent site

We’ve been visiting this building for several years since we have family and friends that live there. The lobby staff is always friendly and helpful, as well as the administration. We decided to purchase a unit in 2021 and after 2 years of being owners we can clearly see Management’s dedication to improve the building year after year. It’s in a great location in Brickell, beautiful city and bay views, and within walking distance from everything in brickell. Definitely recommend it!

Do not rent an apartment on this building…. The service is terrible…. You are supposed to have a designated bay for your car and both concierge and valet have no clue about whats happening or why other people are parking at the bay that comes with the apartment that you are paying thousands of dollars a month for…. They are ornaments to be honest and in my opinion they are actually doing this themselves and sharing the tip together which is very dodgy…. The place is all a mess… old building which is more than dirty and has useless staff.
Who ever owns this cheap 3k car couldn't afford to rent here so defo it is a valet parking car and it is even terrible parked and out of the lines….
