I LOVE IT HERE

Never come to live here, the administration is the worst, at first it worked very well, then they changed and it is the worst, to fix an air conditioning it takes up to three days and you have to call, any repair of the house can last up to a month without being fixed, additionally there is no pool or park for the children, at first you could go to the apartments across the street because they had this administration, now there is nothing, don't even think about coming here to live here, it's the worst

Go in any direction but here. My family and i have lived here for over 3yrs. The initial management company was not great but a thousand times better than our current management. Everything is done over the phone. (if someone answers) You will have maintenance issues for the LENGTH OF YOUR STAY. believe me. nothing gets fixed. and everything breaks. You will hear that “all you need to do is put in a request” LIES. These people are absolutely ridiculous. My closet doors have fallen on my 3yr old niece twice. Let’s not start on appliances that do not WORK. living here has been a nightmare. and before you ask why haven’t i left? I will be.
