Emerald LP

We have currently been living in Emerald for 7 months and we really liked it a lot. The price of the apartments is a bargain compared to everything they are currently offering for rentals in Miami. It is a condominium with very calm people, good neighbors and above all you can feel the good management since we have had minor problems a couple of times (with some lamps and then with the kitchen) and they were extremely diligent, they helped us immediately, something that for me It says a lot because we come from living in a place where they never listened to the needs of the tenants. Added to this, I can say that every time we have needed something from the administration they have always been ready to help us and resolve, they have attended to us with a lot of patience and kindness 🙏 I think we couldn't have been in a better place!!

I love this condominium, clean, organized, the apartments are spacious, the administrative staff made up of Jorge and Ada Luz are very professional and are always available to help you if any problem arises, the maintenance staff are efficient, friendly and diligent. My family and I are very grateful to live here.

I have been living in this building for almost a year and I have found it to be a most rewarding experience in many ways. The place is clean, safe, pleasant, and strategically very well located. It is clear that behind this there is efficient logistics and administration for this to work the way it does. I highlight the impeccable work that Jorge and Ada Luz do, the same for the rest of the cleaning and maintenance staff, who are always there for you 24 hours a day.

The girl they have working in the office (administration) is currently unpleasant, disrespectful and poorly educated, I don't even know how they have her working there, simply for asking a question she has treated me badly and responded ugly, even in a bad face. put and everything, she is not very professional working and serving clients, in addition to breaking down the door and serving me very badly and responding Ugly and with gossip (as the good Cuban would say) she has no ethics, to work with clients, if they are going to put at least someone who is nice and attentive, not the lack of respect they have now, that's why I would never go to live in that condominium

I really like living at The Emerald Apartments in Miami, Florida. The apartments are stylish and comfortable and are in a great location. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the Miami Skyline is stunning. Each apartment is designed with style and comfort in mind. I would recommend The Emerald Apartments to anyone looking for a modern and convenient apartment in Miami.

The administrative staff and maintenance staff do a professional and effective job.  Its management makes each of the residents feel in a healthy and safe environment called home. Thanks to that, we enjoy a community and family atmosphere at all times.
