I'm writing this for all victims or new comments do not move into this apt please! The property managers Chantal Pitts and Latasha Smith ignore property means, file false 7 day notices and evictions for no reason when you complain about disgruntal tenants who throw fece and urine and band and spit on your balcony and property they along with their lawyer Kristen Sawyer hire maintenance who come into your unit shut off a.c and vandalize your car, stalk you, bang and harass you! I have the videos and police reports to prove it's d we were ignored in court and illegally evicted despite the rent being paid till now they refuse to send my despite and it's been four months and my sons and me are permanently damaged and disabled for life for what they did to us and we was ignored by legal aid and other law firms despite having proof! I will not stop speaking or using and trying to get legal help, criminal charges file and Justice for all affected by them and they're law firm! Nukkiesha was the only employee who cares about the tenants and people and got illegally evicted and arrested for speaking out and telling the truth! For those affected please please reach out to your local FBI and police and continue to speak so not be silent it's time for justice

almost at the end February we  left the apt and still waiting for my DEPOSIT , someone before i leave told me that and yes it was true for montly payments they are killers and for return your money they just dont care. i was living at The Villages on 67 and 7 nw. Miami Fl. 4/7/20 im still WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL OR MY CHECK AND NOTHING

It's nice it's clean. The management is really nice and helpful and any questions you have they will answer. Very friendly people  and it's quiet
