Been here for the last 4 years. This place stays clean and safe! Ms.Tiki is a superstar and one of the most kind and understanding property managers I've ever encountered. What a blessing it has been to find this place‼️

My husband and I reside at 11003 Pinkston Drive,   We have no complain since living here,  Ms. Pyfrom has been so very nice to deal with.  Whenever a maintenance issue arise, she deals with the matter in a timely manner,  she has an open door policy.  She is never too busy to listen to you when the needs arrive.  The place is well kept, clean and oder free.  There is no garbage messing up the grounds of our community,  We truly appriciate how she helped us getting access to the vaccine during the time of COVID-9. CVS came to us we did not have to join those long lines.  Ms. Pyfrom does her job well and it is a pleasure dealing with her.  I must say she is truly a very pleasant woman of God.

Hello this letter is for Cornerstone concerning Miss Tiki the manager of John & Anita Ferguson Apartments. She is as awsome person she always there to help always have the door open no matter what. When covid-19 first came out she had CVS Pharmacy to come out and give us a vaccinations so we would not have to stand in line. She is always eager to help never too busy to talk the door is always open, always there to to help when we going through different situations and always have a pleasant smile on her face, she's a very awsome person!! I really enjoy living at J&A Ferguson Apts. My neighbors are nice, and the property is quiet and well kept. Ms. Tiki has been the manager since I moved in in 2016 and has always done her best to help me and address my concerns whenever I needed something.

I have resided at JA Ferguson since 2015. It has been a pleasure living here. Tiki Pyfrom who is over management has been nothing but an exceptional worker from day one. She is always available whenever I have an issue and resolves it in a matter of seconds. I have been blessed to call JA Ferguson my home for years.

My experience living at J&A Ferguson Apts has been pleasant. It’s safe and quiet and me and my son love it here. The management keeps it very clean and Ms. Tiki is a pleasure to work with. She is very understanding and works well with the tenants.

I have been a resident at John and Anita Ferguson Residences for the past 6 years. I am very happy here. The manager Ms. Tiki keeps this place up to par. She makes sure that we are in a safe environment.  She is reliable. One thing I love is that Ms. Tiki actually takes the time to inform every tenant here about any outside financial resources to help us all, she is kind and giving. Most importantly she is professional, always ready to fix any issues in the complex. John and Anita Ferguson Residences is a safe, and good place to live. Again, The property manager Tiki Pyfrom and staff makes sure this place is clean and quiet. I have been blessed to live here. My husband is able to use the amenities, like the gym. Ive been able to use the printers, computer, and pool area.

I am currently a tenant residing in Bldg 9 at 11003 Pinkston Dr. I moved away from JA Ferguson apartments a year ago. When I found the need to relocate back to the apartment environment my first option was to return to JA Ferguson because of the experience living in the community before.  I'm writing because of my need to express my gratitude for the professional and caring resident manager of our complex.  Because of Ms. Tiki Pyfrom's attention to detail, care of property and tenants well-being we live in a safe, well maintained groundscomplex and caring staff.  Ms. Pyfrom is readily accessible for questios and solving problems amicably.  Ms. Pyfrom ensures that maintenance request are excuted in a timely manner.  Her exceptional interpersonal skills allows her to interact with all of the diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds in our complex. Ms. Pyfrom's execution of her duties during the Pandemic proved to be above and beyond professional.

This place started out with such potential. We were sold that 2nd Baptist Church owned this property. As the groundbreaking moved through phases of meetings & other formalities, we were introduced to "Tiki Pyfrom". She is the nosey always begging never working Manager from Hell! SINCE Pre covid , Tiki is NEVER AVAILABLE! ALWAYS LYING! MAKES UP RULES AS SHE GOES! Back dates paperwork; notifies these poor poor seniors who reside at John & Anita Ferguson's Senior Living of "HER"  birthday! She never answers her phone & locks herself in the shared office area using all the amenities that we pay for (TV, sofas, computers, workout area lounging area etc.) We have yet to have had the pleasure & we moved in on day one!  When we call Corner Stone to complain about our mold & or our issued, they never return our calls. They just have Tiki Pyfrom call us & reprimand us for "Calling her boss on her." We are truly in need of elderly abuse help. This place is the worse! The rent also increases multiple times a year. We find out about these increases when the rent is due! Something has to give! 🙎🏽‍♀️
