We absolutely love living here. We love looking off our balcony to see plenty of greenery and the small lake and many ducks. We love hosting, so our favorite part is the parking. No assigned parking and plenty of parking. Our guests never have a problem finding a spot nearby. The only time we might have some trouble is around 11pm-12pm when everyone is home. Otherwise, it's great. Neighbors are wonderful and considerate. The association is very responsive. Love having a security guard and maintenance is always hanging around the complex and keeping it clean and orderly. We live in the 9135 building. We suggest any apartment overlooking the lake/tennis courts.
