Beautiful place, definitely worth whatever the cost of rent is that's being paid. Residents are a bit off/odd if you were to ask me.. but then, no one is asking me, so I would take my words with a grain-and-a-half of salt or so at least!..

This is a very nice condo development with simple pleasures and definitely nothing more . They care/maintain the grounds and the building very much. It is a bit dated all over, especially with practically no technology and it doesn't have as many upgrades as many of the other condos since it was built in 1981. Nonetheless, the people who live here are very friendly and the ones who work here are all excellent! I would imagine it's a fantastic place to live year-round.
I'm staying as a guest for a little while and it's very enjoyable. The Port Royale Marina is small yet well maintained. You will get to see manatees from time to time, it is certainly pet friendly in this area, it's very nice to walk around and the views are outstanding!
