This place is garbage I live here now the parking lot gets robbed every day  it’s a joke don’t move here Somebody. Robbed the parking garage and ran threw the metal garage door and instead of getting the metal bars out the way they leave them there so I run them over not seeing them and smashed my truck and trying the front of it and then I pick the metal pieces up and slice my hand wide open
There not getting rent from me until this is resolved my trucks been robbed twice since I beeen here

DO NOT MOVE HERE . Amenities aren’t worth it . CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION. The assistant property manager miss Sanders is very rude and lacked communication. The old staff was better the new staff is horrible. It’ appears that no email is answered until They need something . Told me I Had to write a 60 day notice before ending lease (something I’ve never heard of ). I did so gave it to old staff now it’s lost and they want to Back me in corner and pay month by month . BE CAREFUL tricky money hungry corporate  run resident , they do not put tenants first . All about profit and will try to swindle if they can . GOOD LUCK

Robert was Actually the best thing at envy, there's been a constant turnover with management since
His departure. I happen to be a business consultant so I'm rarely home. I received a notice that they were deciding to sell the property. I considered it until they mentioned 1 bd would start at 500k, I was flabbergasted! I begin to do research and discovered the property isn't safe, there had been several shootings, a homicides, and car robberies. When my lease is up I'm gone.

Make sure you check out the raiving reviews with the professional photos, looks more like they bought the reviews instead of someone who actually lives here. Especially since the majority of tenants have CONSISTANT ISSUES here.
It was made to look fancy but was made cheaply so things are constantly falling apart and needing repairs.
The floors are uneven and always cracking and chipping off. The walls are thin and there's no safety here.
Elevators are always having issues so get ready to take the stairs.
ADDING CHARGES TO RENT!!!! Don't forget to check your monthly bills. This is the 4th month in a row they add charges that don't belong and don't credit them back. FULLY READ YOUR LEASE BEFORE YOU PAY!!! They'll get you to pay and hope you don't notice!
No security cameras and the overnight security is always sleeping. The cops are always here for something.
We used to have a cop renting here and he had to move because someone tried breaking into his cop car overnight..

Envy is very beautiful place despite the area it’s in I love it here. A beautiful boardwalk too takes the cake. Great people, good management, and security guards always walking around making sure it’s safe. Thank you to Force Protection Security especially the young lady named Mrs.Marie who works nights. She’s always seems to be on top of things here. I see her walking each night looking out for the property and a few times chase homeless people away. I remember walking my dog one night I saw two homeless people were going through the trash.She chased them out ever since I haven’t seen them. Overall, envy is a good place to live despite the area it’s in I’d recommend you to move here.
