Shame on them. Roach infested and mold and rent keeps going up. Where is the health department to monitor them. Shameful. Feel bad for tenants.

This is not a place you want to at. Some apartments have 8 people living in two bedrooms. It.has a ghetto environment. No one greets you if your a gringo.A haven for illegal aliens. At night it reminds me a prison institution or mental health facility

This is a terrible place to live, my first week my very nice custom truck was keyed all the way around. There is only one parking for each apartment which I think my truck got keyed because there is a first com first park area in fron of the office and i belive some of the tenants got mad. My truck was vandilised 3 times since I been there. Landlord has a fake camara in the front and refuses to get any real ones which actually would help him and his tenants would fell a bit safer. The landlord is a cheap skate and had A/C units from 1930 that will generate a light bill as high as the rent. Also he has unliscensed people do repairs which is illegal. Also you will be lucky if you have hot water since it goes out every week, maybe because he uses unliscensed people do his repairs. Currently it has been 3 days since we have had hot water. I have complained to the code enforcement in my county as well as the attorney general. Most of the people that live there are section 8, ignorant, and ghetto. The manager on site is a poor disabled women who's only job is to tell tenants bullcrap when there is no hot water and other problems that may happen. Who also is scared to tell the owner anything for fear of being thrown out. We do not drink the water because it is yellish and stinks, probably contaminated. Stay Away! There are much better places in the area and not all owners are cheap like this douchebag....
