Horizons North Apartments

First off you shouldnt have to call a place this many times and yet no answer ! They have the worst people working here that dont do shit  . They been renovating the buildings since before the holidays and still arent done . Balconies dont have screens since Christmas time . All this work they are trying to put in isn’t doing no justice . The front gate was already supposed to be up about a month ago from what i was told from the office (Nothing yet) . They dont care about no ones well being here . We all been dealing with these annoying loud noises for months straight and no progress . The buildings are very much still ugly. You notice them working more on the plants in the courtyard then the actual building. Security is something this place lacks alot now they got this little security going around in the golf cart but yet so much shit is still happening.They dont keep residents informed on whats going on here. Witnessed multiple cars being towed from them being stolen and just parked in here, even a ROLLS ROYCE !! Lets keep in mind that this place is so amazing that 30+ cars get broken into at once .It’s very annoying that people can’t sleep yet alone kids and even the people who work from home aren’t being able to work in a quiet environment. They will sit here and cut the grass twice a week but dont have a working gate. Don’t even get me started Om the roach situation in these buildings. It’s not only in one apartment they are everywhere from bathrooms to kitchens . Even cars are infested with roaches . Ive seen multiple cards in the parking lot that has roaches all over them . It looks like they come from the trees and fall all over. This is a very disgusting and dangerous place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here at all.

I was so surprised because I went to the office and put my request for service and when I left I crossed the street to the store and by the time I got back home which was less than an hour the service guy had already done the job. That was so fast Thank you
