Residents sold out to the lowest bid for construction. 1.5 years laugh!!! 3-4 more years construction !
don’t buy don’t rent and you cant sell. Dont know what to do with my unit???

What a disgrace, would have been faster to tear down build a luxury boutique building.

A relative lives there. It’s kind of a mess right now. There’s litigation involving the building and construction issues. You can’t get a mortgage to buy there. Also, it seems that the city is fining them for failing the 40 year inspection. I’m a little concerned about safety and structural integrity of the building.
