These apartments are very Good and amazing. My wife and I are pleased with these apartments and very affordable. we love this place Pilar Rodriguez and Isel Perez Salgado they work very well with us. Please give them a raise They do a good job handling with us in the office

As a 5 year resident of Executive Apartments here in Miami Lakes it’s been a pleasure calling this place my home. Always dedicated and professional to her work Pilar Rodrigues at the leasing office has always made me feel welcomed. Anytime I needed help here with my needs she’s always answered the call at a moments notice. Kudos to her. Luis Perdomo

Leasing staff is incredibly helpful and maintenance performs high quality work. Would have no complaints about this complex except for the recurrent termite infestations.... The owners/managers of the complex refuse to permanently fix the problem with tenting or fumigation so instead you'll have 1-2 termite infestations a year that are managed with quick fixes...that don't last.

We are very happy with the new managemen ...
We are very happy with the new management in the office ( Lizbeth) she’s very professional and helpful to all the tenants. We welcome her with open arms. We have been living in the Graham Executive Apartments for almost 10 yrs and we are very happy here. Pilar and the girls in the office are very professional and friendly. The maintenance guys are always there when we need them. I could not see us living anywhere else.

My husband and I lived in this community ...
My husband and I lived in this community for the second time and it was wonderful, the studio was very comfortable and you have many spaces to store everything, the service at the leasing office was very good, especially that of Pilar, They were always very attentive with everything we At the time we need it, all that remains is to say a thousand thanks for everything ☀️

The place is gorgeous, highly maintained ...
The place is gorgeous, highly maintained landscaping , maintenance staff pressure cleans the walkways of your entrance and balcony , the environment is amazing , but watch out for the weekends if you want to use the pool there’s a lot of Hispanics blasting LOUD ratchet music , jumping around , diving. The only way to enjoy the pool is to go on the week days. But other than that the place is gorgeous, super affordable, if you need anything from the office or any breakdowns they will come and fix it fast. Managment is really nice and friendly. I give it 5 stars because the ratchet residents don’t have nothing to do with the community. 5 stars 👍🏻🤙🏼
