Great place to live my daughter has been living there since 2009 security is very strict. Gated community. The only thing which I find "VERY DISAPPOINTING"  is the fact of FAVORTISM when it comes to the VISITORS parking as you enter premises VISITORS parking located to your left the CUBAN lady who has lived there for quite a few years at one point  not sure if she still does she has some of the VISITORS parking all (reserved) right in front of her property for her "guests/so called special friends" which DO NOT seem to get a RED sticker placed on their car window. I understand the properties rules and regulations and reasons behind it, but there will be a time where you will need to stay overnight BUT before that happens you're supposed to get permission first from New Horizons Property management so they can provide a specific color tag depending on day stay, ever since Horizons took over situation has improved somehow is about time. Glad to have seen much improvement
