Falls at Marina Bay Apartments

Working with the leasing office at Marina Bay was a pleasure. Marta, Irene and Jenn are absolutely amazing professionals! . Additionally, Kirk and his maintenance staff are fantastic, and very responsive. I had moved from Marina Bay 3 years ago to the Falls of Pembroke because of work. But, I really missed the Marina Bay resort style life. When again because of work, I had an opportunity to move back I was thrilled. When they told me my old apartment was available, I new it was meant to be.
I feel so fortunate to be back and to call this place home.

I am so grateful to the staff for making moving to my new home such a pleasant experience. Marta and Irene were over-the-top kind and helpful. This place has great prices, great location, and awesome amenities.

From the amenities and the staff. I really can’t say how much I enjoy living in this community. Marta is amazing. She’s my favorite! She will def take care of you from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I want to start by saying everyone was super nice, but the overall customer experience when it came to issues with the apartment or trying to get a hold of someone is an absolute nightmare. We had issues with our washer and dryer since we first moved in and not once has anyone called to set up a time to fix it due to us having dogs. They only came to look at it after we had moved out. There is always dog poop all over the complex and no one has the common decency to pick up after their pets. The dog run was never mowed or cleaned. My dogs have gotten sick from being walked there.

Holly was so helpful and explained everything to me from start to finish, she was very patient. I was pleased with her services

Hollie, Marta, Irene and Jenn are absolutely amazing! At the end of October I went to view the apartment, we met with Hollie. She was super welcoming, showed us all the amenities, and answered all of our questions. We even were able to apply same day! Super convenient! It wasn't long before we were approved. We moved in around the middle of December. Marta and Hollie assisted with all the paperwork upon move in. Additionally, the maintenance staff here are fantastic, and very responsive. They installed a new vanity in my bathroom, they fixed anything that seemed out of sorts. Irene walked me thru how to set up an account with the portal (which is also super convenient), so I can pay my rent and request maintenance if needed.
Jenn is the property manager, and is always willing to go that extra mile for her residents! I'm so fortunate to call this place home, because honestly, THIS is resort style living for sure. ❤️

We had a great experience on our tour of the property and look forward to moving here. Hollie was great to work with and answered all of our questions. You can tell the employees at this community care about the community itself and the residents!
