Impossible communication with association. Gate is a mess!

This condo is doing a lot of damage to the owners. HOA fees increase with two new assessments. We're trying to make payment arrangements and they say they can't do anything. And now we have to pay more than $1,000 a month of Association payment, where we do not have a decent pool. This is abuse. Approving assessments without counting on the owners. Very very bad management. We demand an explanation.

Great place

Affordable condos with excellent views. I rated four stars because I believe you can have a few more amenities for the price of the association maintenance fees. That being said you do have 24 hour security in this gated community along with pools and a greenbelt with water features. The community is well maintained and 2 bedroom condos can be Omer 1200 sq Ft, which is quite large for a 2 bedroom condo.

I came to pick up my niece who is only 14 years old. And they didn't let me pass because I was in a worktruck. She had to walk 0.6 miles to the door alone at night because they also don't have a place at the door to leave the vehicle and be able to look for her on foot. WHAT A RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT!

If I could give zero stars I would. I moved in October and from then it’s been a nightmare with management. I have yet to receive a transponder to enter the gate and half the time can’t even enter the apartments because security is not there. The new management is rude and don’t even get me started on Yesenia. Shes unprofessional, lazy and incompetent. Today she opened the leasing door office and the first thing that came out of her mouth was “you don’t see the new hours on the door”. No hello, just uncalled for rudeness. I expressed to her that I’ve been trying to get a transponder for months and she shrugged her shoulders. When I questioned her on the shoulder shrug she said it’s not her problem. How can you be the manger but can’t help with simple issues like parking ? Bring the old management back because it is clear the new management does not want to be bothered.
