Although my landlord is good, for major issues the association is nonexistent. It took 3 months, multiple attempts and when I say multiple I mean 15+ calls and emails to get our roof fixed after the neighbors upstairs had a bath tub leak. The maintenance in the neighborhood here is horrible. And the company they hire to upkeep it cuts the grass and blows the leaves only. They don’t pick it up nor treat the grass for pest prevention. If the economy was not so bad at the moment, I would have moved immediately. Please explore other options before settling here and only do so as a last resort.

The place is great but don’t rent from this people Zenith Software Consulting LLC terrible service. Worst landlord ever. If you have have any issues with appliances they don’t replace and they will tell you to leave if you are complaining. Again the place is nice but find another owner..

Lived here 12 years.  Only saw someone from quote mgmt 2 times.  Multiple mgmt companies over time. Started with 3 quote maintenance persons. Only 1 now to maintain 11 buildings.  Looks nice from the front entry but gets worse as you go farther back. 1 guy controls everything here because he's  on the board and owns the most units. His units that I'm aware of and I rented one of his in the beginning ate old dilapidated and he doesn't like to do any repairs.  During my time with him I went 2 weeks with no A/C During July I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially not anyone with small children.

The place looks so clean and pretty

I’ve lived here for a year and I love my little apartment. I rent from an investor and my property manger is on top of things. I’m noticing a lot of the apartments here are rentals as this is a condo community not a rental complex so each apartment will likely come with it’s own experience. The complex is super lush and well maintained. The amenities are super out dated (its is an old complex) and not taken care of but I don’t personally use them so its not an issue. My only complaint is a loud neighbor that plays her music loud and talks even louder. Building 4
