Filling Station Lofts

I went to tour the property with my friend and all I can say is how beautiful and different this building is. Jennifer toured us around and showed us all the available unit and the amenities, she did an amazing job, 100% recommend if you are looking for a real industrial style loft in Miami this is the place to go, and the downtown and cruise ships views are stunning.

Moved across country to come here. It’s been 48 hours with no a/c, foul smells throughout the building, poor management and no laundry in unit. Three hours after I let them know I’m not interested in this property they made the contract legally binding in bad faith. (305) number they give you does not work

Just love coming here and visiting my daughter, there’s such an amazing staff, security and management is beyond wonderful..

I have been living in Filling Station Lofts for 2 years now and it is hands down my favorite place I have ever lived in. The loft style layouts and 20 foot ceilings give the apartments a very open feel with a lot of natural lighting. The new property manager, Marcellus, has done a fantastic job at improving the flow and logistics in the building. Looking forward to seeing all of the improvements being implemented to Filling Station and the surrounding areas.

I've been living in the FSL for about 5 months now. The management team has been super accommodating, despite the transition of ownership when I first moved in. I wasn't sure how that was going to play out, but luckily the company chose an incredible Property Manager, Marcellus! He's been absolutely  incredible ever since I moved in and has gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions, such as when I've locked myself out of the apartment or had an issue with my unit. I can't speak highly enough about him! The security and maintenance staff are super kind and I've never felt unsafe in the building or surrounding area. It's nice having Elev8tion Fitness (which is now open 24/7) and Vice City Bean coffee shop downstairs. Best building in Miami, hands down.

The New York Style Loft Meets Miami!! If you are looking for your next new loft style apartment, please go see Marcel at Filling Station! We originally planned to go look at a different property in the area, however scheduled appointments are really big in this area. (No one told me.) As I was browsing I stumbled upon this gem! Even better: Although Marcel did have a booking scheduled within 14 minutes of my arrival…he was beyond accommodating! And even had time to show me around! So if you’re looking for your next luxury loft….go visit Marcel. You can’t miss him, he’s the one in the front with the amazing customer service.

I stopped in to view the property a few weeks ago and I was so pleased with service I received. Marcellus was very knowledgeable about the property and all of the upcoming changes they’re making. Even though the lofts are a bit out of my price range I recommend anyone who can afford this place to check it out.
