So bad management, forcing you to take a lease on 11 months, with no other options, after an 11-month increase in the rent from 2600 to 2900 a lot of residents are not happy with this ... One day you just received a letter your rent had been increased… This is the second time to deleted my comment! Every day I will post a new one!!!! …… New Update …. 5/27/2023 Now you have AirBnB 2 apartments is Rent … non stop new people come in and out … And in the end Pay reviews… This is the legal reason to break your lease agreement …

I’ve been living in this building for al ...
I’ve been living in this building for almost a year now, and I have to say, it’s been a great experience. The location is fantastic and the staff it’s amazing. The building itself is well maintain, with clean and spacious common areas, the management team is always responsive to issues or concerns I have. Overall, I highly recommend this building for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
