Update. Seems like there is a new office... they changes the trash shoot finally. Not the best but w.e. the roof is not leaking. An elivator still does not work after being fixed 3 times. Still have electric problems couse the building is old. Im looking forward to the city inspections.:) the windows and walls suck. U can hear the bus and ur neighbors...
Not the best neighborhood、no pest or bug controll after the new president came in to her position and after 3 years the entire building is infested with cockroaches, she learned to place both English and Spanish translation signs for notices only after 2 years、 no office in the building. The pool, only very few visitors maybe 10 times a year come to visit it and enjoy the seemingly taken care of pool, not... it gets cleaned ones a week, which is alright, but it's still disgusting after 3 days. Management speaks only spanish and does not answear or reply to phone calls on the same day. Which means that if you want to fix your a/c or plumbing, you will not have the keys to access the roof, or shut of the water.  Grass gets cut before 9am  or even after 10 PM sometimes . Garbage is picked up at around 4:30am to 6am  and is a terrible alarm clock... Loud music from nearby apartment complex on any holiday or even random weekdays(update, mostly queite this year).  170th street lights go out of service periodically、periodically allowing access to thieves to steal parts of your car or your whole vehicle. Also parking is always taken after 8pm and there is an angry older women on the first floor ready to tow you if you park on the grass or a makeshift parking. The roof leaks whenever it rains right into your apartment(has been temporarily fixed for cheap)、 and the gutters work to divert the flow directly near the east staircase and the flow does no stop for a few hours, making sure to shower any passerby、carefull not to slip. (has been cleaned a little and even fixed by residents in places ),(but the elevator has not been working for almost half a year now, and was fixed e-5 times before being completely out of service). Whenever someone remodels there is no observance of working hours、its loud from 7am to 10pm、no one cares. But this place has access by wheelchair and is a bustling place  for people over 55、with even a van to take you to church or hospital coming by every morning at about 7am marked by a loud beep.(update: more younger families are movin in. But crime rate is still the same, and the president is still disappointing in many ways.)

Frankly speaking, not so bad. We have around good people and quite an area. About parking is true...after 7-8 pm you can't find a free parking lot in front or rear of the building. But in a generally good place to live here. I like this neighborhood.

Not the greatest neighborhood and doing laundry is a nightmare
