love this building a hidden gem!  Rented there in the 11th floor, great view, great view, great neighbors, great beach!  the manager of the building is incredible he i on top of everything .  Class act.

Horrible. Telephone number on google is security only at the building and security doesn't have any time of contact information for the association nor management.

I rent for 3 months from March 2020 the unit 404. It was infested with huge cockroaches. I informed the landlord, the agent and the front desk of the building but nobody cares since we paid in advance. I asked to the neighbor also and they confirmed that they have the same issue. Instead of to figure out a solution, the landlord insulted me and was very disrespectful. I paid for a pest control that she was supposed to refund. Finally I left the unit 2 months before the term because the sanitary situation of this building was unacceptable. Avoid this unit and this building at all costs.
