Excellent building. Very well taken care off. They follow the rules to the dot and it is highly appreciated as it keeps everything clean and quiet. Very dedicated staff and management.

This association is a sham. They are horrible on customer service and treat their tenants like prisoners. This feels like Auschwitz here. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I cannot wait till we get out of here, definitely never renting again. The receptionist is super rude the man who is there every once in a while is super sweet but the other one makes it seem like she is the OWNER of the place when she is not. She literally stares and nitpicks every little thing. Careful your child does not drop a sticker and or a little bread crumb on the floor. The manager of the association is even worse.

We are sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately, Rules and Regulations are a very important aspect of all condominium associations. Furthermore, enforcing them is the property manager and front desk's main objective. The fact that you get the impression that some of our staff members act like they own the place, only shows our level of dedication. That’s the type of employees that we hire. Persons that take their job seriously and passionately. Our job is to protect our association. We invite you to anytime meet with us and learn our Rules, this will make the day-to-day in your commercial office unit much easier.
