Amazing experience nothing but the best the staff is nice and helpful

I'll start with the good before I get into the bad. The facilities and amenities were great. A/C, dishwasher, and laundry machines never had an issue. I LOVED the lounge area. Though I never went to the pool, it did always seem clean and well kept. When putting in maintenance requests, they were always quick to come fix whatever was wrong. The trash shoot made it easy to take out the trash. That being said, there are a number of things about this place that made it EXTREMELY difficult to live there. I am leaving this review so people know what they are getting into. If I had known, I would have never moved there in the first place.
The bad:
- being the target of "random" inspections and once having strangers come into my home 4 times in one week (yes I understand that inspections are "random" but the fact that 4 out of 5 business days that week they chose ours was unsettling as I was only in my underwear the fourth time, thinking there was no way they would come in again after 3 times that week)
- could these many inspections be because one of us was one of the few black people living in the building??? We may never know but it was weird as our non-black friends in the building did not experience this level of scrutiny and harsh fines for seemingly made up problems
- being fined for putting pots in the oven
- almost being fined for dust in our air vent
- being threatened to be kicked out since our floors were sticky (it was undiluted fabuloso) and receiving an official notice to fix it, or they would terminate our lease
- unrealistic cleanliness standards that they will fine you for if they don't like you (as we did adhere to the rules)
- when we moved in, the apartment had many issues (broken lights, closet door wouldn't open, toilet was clogged)
- when we asked them what to fix they gave us a list, after completing that list, they came and did an inspection and still fined us. This proved to us that the leasing office was in fact, not on our side, and did not care about being helpful. We began to send emails after every conversation to get what they said in writing so they could not trick us again. When we asked them to put stuff in writing, they would often refuse or wait MONTHS to get back to us about URGENT issues
- they said they took pictures of what was wrong with out apartment and what we had to clean and when we asked for these photos they dodged the question and avoided it, we kept asking every day for a week until we gave up. Our inspection was a week later. Eventually, they sent us the photos a month later despite them being quick to fine us and threaten to terminate the lease
All in all, do research before moving in to a new place!! I didn't and suffered so much from it. I am leaving a review for anyone who might be looking to move here but would be bothered by these things. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value privacy and agency to run your own home THAT YOU PAY FOR.

Attention from the staff, managers, office workers, staff in general, wonderful, clean, pleasant, pleasant place, good area surrounded by hospitals, shopping areas, bars, restaurants, shops, I recommend it

Honestly, a spectacular home. From day one I was struck by the cleanliness of Gallery, the fresh and clean aroma when entering I still remember it. The conditions and quality of the apartment are unmatched. But above all I was very surprised with the staff that works at the place, the attention they gave us when we arrived at the place made us feel that we were at home, both the manager Sarai and the assistant manager Cristal treated us with great professionalism and affection, of I heartily recommend the place. When I went looking for rent they sent me to another building saying that they only had a 3 bedroom apartment. I do know they take section 8 voucher.

I have always liked living in this building, a new poter recently started and the truth is the difference in the cleanliness and attention from him is incredible. He is always making sure everything is clean and in perfect condition. The carpets look very clean before they didn't look clean. Everything has an excellent smell. I love their level of professionalism and their gratitude. His name is Jorge.

I have called on many occasions looking to rent an apartment and they do not answer the phone and I have gone to the building and they are not in the office

While the price is decent for the area and the units are relatively new, the staff could not be worse. They are rude, unprofessional, and frankly don’t particularly care about their residents. Parking is an absolute nightmare, and the drawbridge is a huge hassle. With them raising prices so significantly, probably not worth the headache.
