Grandview At Emerald Hills Inc

I've lived here for 26 years. That in itself should be enough of a statement of what a nice place it is plus plenty of local shopping and services, near but not on top of the interstate, lots of city events, nice neighbors.  Check it out.

I keep writing about how bad this place is but I can’t help it.  My husband went to the office because Victoria called and said we owed the condo $1500.  He spoke to Victoria and he told her he was going to sue the condo.  She turned her back on him and walked away.  He became upset and told the “lady” sitting at the front desk  that he could buy this place.  She said “you need to leave now.”  She then picked up the phone and said “do I need to call security now.”  It seems to me that the employees think they are running this place.  They are totally disrespectful and horrible to deal with.  The manager is always unavailable.

Board members have a stick up their behind. That must be what it takes to qualify to be one. The HOA in the community is so strict with everything. Every action done is met with a “you can’t do that”. It would be shorter to give people a list of what they actually can do. What’s the point of living somewhere where you’re restricted from doing anything except staying in your condo? It’s hard to find a place just to ride a bike in the community without having to go onto main roads. Not safe at all for children.

Beautiful place however pool has been under construction for way too long. This is not acceptable. This is on top of assessments and high hoa fees. Hopefully management's better in tue future. Security seem happier lately i think a few crankers retired.
