Grove At Wilton Manors

Nice quiet living complex but not over the top.I do believe these units do not worth 2000 dollars because they are very small.The bathroom you can bearly move around not to mention no storage closet or can you even fit a nice full bedroom set.I understand the inflation but I know after this government is out I hope renter smile again and greedy landlord have to be reasonable or keep their units.Come on association not 2000 dollars for these small apartments with not even a patio.Grounds are clean though but not worth it

Well maintained property, excellent location , very quite, I rarely hear any noise, pool gets busy on Sundays but pretty empty rest of the week, beautiful grounds , small but functional units, bike storage is a plus,  I love that I am a block from the drive bars and restaurants, Starbucks and Publix

The units are very small very little storage areas. The bathroom is like a closet absolutely no room to move around. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing and I mean everything even what they are saying when they are just talking. The pool area is compact with a very small pool. You have to go outside to get the mail and to go to the laundry room. The plus side is the location you can walk to the 'drive' and Publix. I saw what some of the units are listed for and what they have sold for in the past and I am amazed what they are going for none of the units are worth $170,000 no matter how much they are upgraded,

Property is well maintained.   Units are small but functional.  Can't really hear the neighbors.  Pool is nice but same people day after day go there and drink and play loud music, which is not relaxing.  Lots of police activity recently.  I thought a gated community is supposed to keep the riff raff out, but it seems to keep it in....
