Since the new boards of 2023 and 2024 to ...
Since the new boards of 2023 and 2024 took over this place has really improved. The old board charged us an assessment for railings in 2019 (which are bad quality and not installed until 2021) and $30k to fix the pool back in 2022 but the pool was not fixed until now in 2024. Thank you to the new board for all your volunteer work and putting the Grove Gardens community as your priority.
