Hampton Court Condominiums

Where do I start sigh it hurts to know that management is aware of the rat infestation and instead of doing anything about it they tell the tenants to not have food in their fridge or the pantry so the rats can starve. Like really?!?! Nothing works in the condominium and Noone is willing to fix it but still demands rent every month. That's not for at all. Who do we speak to to have the condominium fit for humans to live with their family. Please help 🙏

I just moved in and They have rats running around the apartment complex like they live there. Their all in the walls I be scared ro shower. They seem not to care. Also they don't have regular pest control come by dog  poop everywhere. Worst ever can't wait for my year to be over

Maintenance is fair. Management is horrible! Parking is terrible! Security is poor, cameras do not work! I do not recommend this place!
