People , The valet parking staff at this location 3600 Yacht Club Dr in aventura is the worst , unprofessional , bad customer services , there is a afroamerican skinny guy tonight Saturday may 20 of 2023 , that person is the worst and is not the right person to work as a valet parking , he doesn’t wanna work , he was all the time inside getting A/C , and when I was inside he talked to me in bad maners , so rude , disgusting , so. I don’t recommend to this people at this location special this area , getting this kind of person , it’s a expensive area , so people that is looking to move here , check this before .I don’t recommend , staff Horrible here .

My father recently moved to this complex. He absolutely loves it. The security is outstanding along with the doorman. The amenities are very luxurious and under utilized. The hoa seems to be very responsive and helpful as well. Not a single complaint from my end:)
