We have been renters here for almost a y ...
We have been renters here for almost a year. It has been satisfactory; however, the parking is extremely strict. If you forget your parking permit one night, then your car will NOT be there in the morning. Also, the HOA fees are on the high side ($300-$400) each month. The garbage is picked up often though, the pool and the grounds are well maintained.

I've worked on a couple diffrent units there one got flooded and we restored the entire unit from ceiling to floor and on another unit we've completed remodeling 2 bathrooms and soon starting the bedrooms and living room& kitchen as soon as the owner is ready
