Heritage Circle Condo Associates

It's a shame, the rents are sky high and everything is super dirty. They never provide proper maintenance and the person in charge in the office never provides a solution. I think they should change her and she is never open. Don't come to this condominium. I would never recommend it.

Run from this place!! If you pretending to rent or buy a property here is not a good place, the HOA is the worst I have seen my entire life, they charge you 500+ a month and so many assessments during the year and nothing seems to change this place, all buildings are full of rats and roaches, I’m talking about infestation that you can’t get them out, the parking lot gets flooded every rain, they have a pool in the back that is a mosquito incubation station, they don’t do nothing about it, the elevators are always broken so I recommend you to take the stairs if you don’t want to get stuck in it for hours, the staff that works in the association could not care less about this place, police is here every day, drug trafficking is a common thing, not even the post office delivers mail here because the association doesn’t fix the mailboxes and this issue is being on for months, we can’t forget about the laundries, they don’t allow you to have one inside your home but they don’t fix the broken machines neither, the back f the condominium looks like a dumpster, I don’t know how they allow such a management here for that long, the lack of transparency with the accounts and how the money is spend is incredible. This place is not sanitary. I suggest you take your money elsewhere if you don’t want to go crazy.

Me an my family moved into this place…horrible horrible horrible ….we lived on the third floor an the elevator was always not working .. we have a child and he was scared of the stairs due to the railings being very wobbly  and very unsafe .. … we are very clean but still had roach problem that was never solved..when it rains hard the parking lot fluids making it impossible to park an drive in the complex especially if you have a car..there is no guest parking after 5 pm so you can’t have people come visit bc there is no where to park . The very back of the complex looks like a dump with all the trash pulled up…
Every one piles trash up outside the trash  area and it smells  so nasty all the time.
The laundry smelled like dead animal and  most of the machines were broken at once.
You can’t get your mail delivered here  because the complex refuses to fix the issue…  when you go to the post office to pick up mail they act like that don’t want to even give you the mail either because you live here…  the absolute WORST place to live in broward ..
So please save your $ and not live here !

This place is every bad their is trash everywhere.this place has all types of animals here frogs, snakes ,rats cockroaches ect the office people are mean they don’t care of what u have to say you can’t even play with soccer balls or anything   their was law enforcement here today every year something happens people get stuck in elevators and this place is old they just paint though it all mail can’t even come to us because mailbox's are not good no more and this is not the first time it has happened I have talk with ups office and they were the ones who told me also one time the halls were full of cockroaches don’t live here if u don’t like snakes rats cockroaches etc.

This place is just disgusting many roaches and rats and snakes outside coming into my complex. The laundry machines are always broken and so is the elevator. There is always police or ambulance just today there was a whole group of law informants.This has by far been the ghetto’s place I’ve ever been. There is always trash in the fountains. There is so much wrong with this place.

IF YOU HAVENT SIGNED A LEASE RUN  stayed here and I will never forget it. The landlord WITHELD  1700$ from my security deposit for painting a 1/1 apartment until I fought to get half of that back after threatening legal action. ROACHES ROACHE ROACHES, I’ve never seen so many roaches in my life I had clean place and roach traps, we had to throw out more than half our stuff Becuz it was roach infested, AND IT STILL GOT IN OUR STUFF LIKE TOASTERS, RICE COOKERS, AIR FRYER, found a dead rat in my toilet, seen neighbors kill rats that were in their apartment. I’ve witnessed more than one person get stuck in the elevator, one of those being at 1am someone screaming help. This was just last year
