The Lakes At Deerfield Apartments

A peaceful environment, with excellent professionals

I have been living in this condominium for a year and I am happy that they changed staff and even so it remains good in my experience of course and the maintenance people I recommend with Sunday being the best at serving them and doing things at the moment

Just recently moved out of the Lakes Deerfield after living there for almost 11 years due to the fact of them, not repairing anything in the apartment after several complaints to Management and documenting things in the portal about no lights in the back bedroom for 10 months had mildew and water damage in the living room by no one responded for six or seven months it spread it into the kitchen cracks around the front door where lizard and Beatles come into the apartment for months the way things got repaired. I had to call Code Enforcement . Code Enforcement gave them 4 major violations that’s the only way that the lights got repaired after 10 months of no lights in the back bedroom , the only way the water damage in the mildew fixed after six or seven months because Code Enforcement got called the only way to stop lizards from coming into the apartment because of the cracks around the door for three months because Code Enforcement was called Lakes At Deerfield managers and staff was not repairing anything just like everybody else that made comments and reviews on this site also said the same thing they did not do any repairs when you call corporate Also is unresponsive about doing anything corporate  Office is not that far from the apartment complex. You would think that somebody would’ve came there once when Code Enforcement gave them 4 major violation so they can come and see the mess the  apartment  was in when you call them corporate is so rude they hang up on you if  you want to spend thousands of dollars a month to live  here and they don’t fix anything this place you want your family to get sick and because of mold they make you sign the application that you won’t ever sue if you get sick from the mole ever in life even if it’s negligence on their part then the lakes at Deerfield is for you.

I have significant dissatisfaction with my experience at The Lake at Deerfield, and due to the length of my concerns, I have exceeded the message limit. Please refer to the attached screenshots for a detailed account of my experience.

I lived in the lakes for over 10 years they are great a very nice place to live the people in the office are very nice You can trust them

We never had to worry about anything; every concern was addressed promptly, often within a day. We spent two wonderful years here, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the sense of community. If it weren't for a family emergency that required us to move to a different state, we would have gladly stayed much longer. We can't recommend The Lakes at Deerfield Beach enough—it's truly a great place to live, and we have nothing but love for it."

The lack of communication for this apartment complex is crazy. It is like playing phone tag you can never get ahold of anyone. Even if you go into the office they just ask you to write your name and number down and never call you back. The only good communication comes from the Maintenance if you submitted a request, they will come look at it within 2 days. It is a very noisy apartment complex being right next to the road.

We just moved to another state after living at The Lakes at Deerfield for 3 years. From the beginning, the property manager (Rosa) was so helpful and good to us. Maintenance was prompt, professional, and friendly. The new management made a lot of upgrades while we lived there. Most neighbors were friendly; a few were inconsiderate at times.
