Used to be a good place to live. Now not so much, and once they start the construction of the highway connecting Sawgrass with i95 that place will be a nightmare to live

I lived here with my wife for a year and we loved it! We had to move back to New Jersey but I miss the Lakes and Florida. Rosa and the management team are the best! Keep up the good work guys! best wishes, Renato and Jenny.

The FAKES at Deerfield Beach I wish I have read the reviews before applying here. Many people have been scamed and now I am one of them. When I went to the office I informed them clearly that my credit was new and did not have a co signer at the moment and asked them if I meet the requirements to apply now or if I have to wait until I have a longer credit history. They assured me I will definitely be approved and in the worst case scenario I would only have to pay 1 or 2 months of security deposit to compensate for my new short history credit. With this information I applied and paid all the fees. The next morning I received a call from an agent saying that I definitely need a cosigner in order to get my application approved. When I went personally to their office to speak with the manager, she said that my application is denied and we can not move forward even with a cosigner. They took our money knowing that my application was going to be denied and they damaged my new credit. I told the manager that I prefer that they were sincere instead of wasting our money, time and credit inquiry, their answer was that they have learned the lesson and they will be sincere next time. I wrote emails to the company Investments Limited and cc'd the Property Manager and they started sending emails between them, including childish memes and stickers making fun of me and my situation. This was a very hurtful, distressing and horrible experience. Be careful, they are not professional. They are incoherent, liars, misleading and bullies. They will make you apply just to collect the application and administration fees.

Isn’t a terrible place to live but here are my complaints if you are curious. Had a terrible ant problem in my car and in my bedroom from the ants coming in through baseboards and going down my shower drain. Someone came to spray after a week of not being able to use my shower, after that they never came back. My car was hit by someone parking/pulling out next to me in their lot with cameras so I asked if I could see the footage and they told me unless I knew the exact time (which I didn’t) they wouldn't help me. Had a mold problem in the kitchen and maintenance said “idk what it’s from, call us if it comes back” and it grows back every month so now I just clean it bc that’s all he did. Anyone can come to our door from the street and we’ve seen that issue a few times, as a woman I’ve never really felt safe in this complex. Overall, the place itself is nice, their gym is sad to say the least, pool is nice with a hot tub, parking is free and guest parking for 14 days out of the month. Management is kind and never bothers me. Appliances are all up to date, I’m leaving to move into a safer place but it’s a good little apartment for anyone who can get over those things.

I have called this place several  times now and always get their answering service and get told someone will return my call but no one never calls. Very frustrating that no one is never at the office to answer questions about their  availability.

I live in building 1050. I'm moving because I've been trying to get rid of so many cockroaches for a year. My daughter asked the office numerous times to resolve this and they never paid attention.
