I lived there and it was very quiet

Rude lady working in office and lives on site beware!!! I came in ready to move in and her attitude made me leave without a second thought idk how this place isnt empty with people like her around !!! I’m sure she won’t be fired until someone records/reports her cause she plays good girl !! Racist  rude and disgraceful makes me sick. PIC OF CAR SHE HAS IF YOUR A VICTIM AND STUCK IN YOIR LEASE I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU!!

My wife and I spent 2 years at Waterford before buying our home. Waterford treated us well and was a great neighborhood to live in! Thanks to Ana and Haley, we had a great experience and would recommend Waterford to anyone!

Been living at this property for the past two yrs it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Ms Ana (Asistant Manager)  AMAZING personality she's one that makes you feel welcome always taking the time to listen ready to solve any problems you might be experiencing.Always a quick response from the maintenance team Id definitely recommend living here.

The location is nice, the landscape is in great condition and the staff members (including the maintenance team) are responsive. My husband and I just renewed our lease and Ana in the leasing office made the process easy. She's extremely professional and efficient, always a pleasure  to work with.

Very peaceful living experience.  I am happy I chose to try out Waterford Homes. The communication of the staff is great, I feel like the manager, Haylee genuine cares and the property is kept clean.

This is a great community, with a lot of access to stores within the area. The amenities are cute..they just need to finish fixing the pools faster.

I just wanna start by saying when i first moved in here they put on this act as if they care caring, understanding, and friendly environment for living but after just 1 month of living here i see why most people call this a scam. Hailey the office manager is rude and very disrespectful if thats how you talk to residents then you should pick another profession cause A PEOPLE PERSON is one of the characteristics you LACK at having as a "manager"
someone stole my wallet and they dont accept money orders which is funny because to move in you have to bring money orders. They have this walk in facility where you can pay cash but for some odd reason every time i went to pay with cash the system declines it. i called ana (assistant manager) to fix the issue she made me come back to the office to pickup some paper that should fix the issue. ANA also told me they made a mistake with my balance i was paying more for something which they said ill be credited for next month (october rent) i proceed to pay my rent in full
today is sept 13, 2024 and im giving emails about me owing them $485 because of a chargeback they put on my acct and demands i pay them after just paying $150 more for a late fee this is the most disorganized apartments don't waste your time staying here the maintenance team only works on mondays so if something is wrong with the unit and its the weekend brace yourself because that issue won't be fixed until monday.
this is my first apartment and i regret moving here i wish i never gave these people any of my money. i keep trying to find corporates number but no update

I absolutely love this community i’ve never experienced anything like this. the rent office staff so welcoming and loving. my apartment was very clean but i still did my own cleaning it wasn’t nothing wrong with my unit i would recommend this community to any family.
