Not a place to live but a great place to fish

Please don’t move to this neighborhood. Hoa is an absolute nightmare!!! They charge so much and do so very little .I don’t feel like a homeowner I feel like I’m in jail . Everyone is always watching and you have zero freedom to decorate your home as you wish . They send you 27 violations and i wish I had time to list them all but for example leaving ur gate door open for the night is one also if you leave a light on in your patio . Another wonderful thing this community does is not id people at the gate after 3pm. So even if you have someone on the gate as restricted they will waive them right in .I don’t even want to get into the 5 beautiful pools from 1975 . Anywyas if you are interested in being watched and constantly uncomfortable then this is the place for you 😊

Have a service contract in one of the communities there for sprinklers people are friendly and the system is easy to work on

I love it here, good people, plenty of pools and parks. A tennis court, a clubhouse, the houses are spacious and beautiful. The HOA can be a bit annoying, but definitely does not compare to the rest of the experience living here.
