Independence Bay Community

This is a wonderful community. Great amenities: 6 pools, tennis courts, gym, many lakes to fish or go boating. Great houses and townhomes. Very well maintained and beautiful. Security guard at the entrance. Very safe to walk or use your bike. It is like living in a resort.

Spectacular housing area, beautiful, it has security from the moment you enter, everything is very well maintained, the green windows, the recreation areas are beautiful... everything clean... I like this community, it feels quiet,... excellent location...

The new employees of the concierge ARE NOT FRIENDLY, brave face speak quietly with sleep, are rude slow and act as if they were the owners of the condominium making us wait for several minutes why? If you leave and come back, pretend you don't remember me that I'm coming here every week. Today's girl was the only one polite... but the guys with big hair is another strong short hair are terrible for this job👎🏾

Community nice and quiet but the security gate is a POS and hires the most incompetent stupid idiots. They literally are just stupid with no brain cells. I come in and 10 mins later they act like they don’t remember me. If I tell them the person behind with me or I have this person coming they give me issues. Get better, more qualified people

Not a place to live but a great place to fish

Please don’t move to this neighborhood. Hoa is an absolute nightmare!!! They charge so much and do so very little .I don’t feel like a homeowner I feel like I’m in jail . Everyone is always watching and you have zero freedom to decorate your home as you wish . They send you 27 violations and i wish I had time to list them all but for example leaving ur gate door open for the night is one also if you leave a light on in your patio . Another wonderful thing this community does is not id people at the gate after 3pm. So even if you have someone on the gate as restricted they will waive them right in .I don’t even want to get into the 5 beautiful pools from 1975 . Anywyas if you are interested in being watched and constantly uncomfortable then this is the place for you 😊
