Olivine At the Township

I have lived here for 2 years and the maintenancein this place is horrible.  On Feb 20 of 2025 i went into the office and asked about when our building would get cleaned and some paint. There was no interest in for 2 years in painting or pressure cleaning. My apartment is in the back where no one cares to check. Paint is peeling hand rail is rusting away. Stain on the floor is peeling door is different shades of green due to the mold on the outside of my door. Don't even get me started with horrendous trash issue on the weekends it's a third world land dump.

Nice apartments, can't complain.

The owner of this place does not care about your living conditions. Too many times I've called emergency services due to flooding from either the sewers because neighbors clogged the drain with grease or a.c flooding my entry way. They never come in a timely manner, they don't approve new equipment to replace old-rundown ones such as the washer and dryers they keep moving from apartment to apartment. It would be okay if the rent reflected the lack of care however for these same prices?? Go find a better complex. Consider yourself warned by someone who is lawyering up for mold poisoning from the neglect of my apartment.

We have been here a few years and it keeps getting worse. Renters beware. Too many bad stories to share - most recent reason is they closed the pool, hot tub  gym and clubhouse to install a new key fob system. Took 3 months and all they kept telling us was we will have a new fob soon and we will get an email. Never got an email and then a neighbor tells me they got their fob. Go to office and they tell me they need a money order for $15 for the fob. I go get a money order and go back to the office for my fob. My back is killing me so I go to the hot tub at 9:30pm only for the fob to not work at all. Maintenance repairs are non existent unless you absolutely hound the office and even then stuff just breaks a day later. Rent increase after rent increase yet less amenities and worse work. Renters beware!!! I’m not resigning here 100% when lease is up!

Theeeee ABSOLUTE WORSE place I’ve ever stayed in my life and I stayed in the hood and it was better . They gave us a lease to sign for renewal and then 5 days later they sent a letter telling us we can’t renew …they said because we had late payments which was a lie ‘ we were late once because they were closed on a Monday the first because of a holiday we didn’t drop the check in …also they have false pictures online they won’t let u see your actual home because they show u a model home that’s looks amazing and new then u get an old home ‘ that comes with mold ‘ and old cabinets ‘ the whole thing about living upstairs and having to take your trash out to the front is a hassle…. The washing machines are terrible mine makes a loud noise the whole neighborhood can hear it .the ppl in the leasing office are …NO COMMENT I guess doing their job BUT !! They are all keeping u in the loop of the lease ..trust me these apartments have mold and drainage issue …do not live here …plus the rent went up 600 out of nowhere!! After the 3rd year …if your desperate I’d say yes but if u have the money look for a better spot . :)
