InTown Apartments

My hubby, bro in law and I lived there for the last past 6 years. We left intown cuz we wanted to be bold and be adventurous. We miss this place a lot. Julia is the leasing agent ever, she always took care of us in any need we had. I miss her too. Also the Miami vibe and all. I’m sure we’ll be. ❤️

So far, so good! The move-in process was smooth. Tori went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place. The only complaints so far are: 1. There were a couple of maintenance issues in the apartment, but were taken care of immediately.
2. Getting hold of one of the leasing specialists can be a bit difficult at times, but I can understand as they are usually busy with scheduled tours.
The premises are well-kept for the most part. I will come back and update my review in a few months if needed!

My friends and I have been living here for almost 2 years and I can happily say we love it. It’s so close to all the action on Calle Ocho and is such a nice place to live. The property manager Jose is very professional and helpful. Julia is the best and goes above and beyond. No complaints here at intown.

Nice building, apartments looks great and amenities too, just the neighborhood is a little unsafe judging to the ratings.

Stay away Poor management and ethics We visited this property about a year ago and made an inquiry regarding possibly renting an apartment however due to horrible attitude from office staff we decided to stay away
Come to find out a year later they sent our information to a collections agency to due to charges from application process
Do yourself a favor and avoid this poorly ran business we have made multiple attempts to connect with manager(Jasmine) and they are always "Busy" never calling back or responding
Ultimately we will are going to end up paying as it is less trouble than dealing with this horrible people/community.
Do not rent here if you want to keep your peace of mind I cant imagine what actual residents must be going through which from other reviews looks like a nightmare

Very bad experience, starting with the property management that has a very bad frustrated gay, who thinks he is the owner of the building and it seems that he does not know that he is just another employee, they should have another person as property management because the one they have is very bad and rude, come out of the closet so you can take out your frustrations, I left because I couldn't stand the bad service that they have had to change my washing machines for 3 months after they got tired of wasting time seeing that the ones there were were useless, that's one of the many bad things they have and the worst is that frustrated gay who doesn't want to come out of the closet anymore when that is normal,

I didn’t enjoy living here unfortunately. Really struggled with the exit alarm going off at all hours of the day, walls truly are paper thin, lots of aggressive breeds whose owners don’t walk them more than 15min/day so they have tons of aggressive pent up energy by the time they see your dog, but mostly the constant noise, from fights breaking out in the parking lot to late night pool parties, there’s no one here to depend on for safety, no matter how good that sales pitch is. I’ve been moved out for two months in a smaller and cheaper (1400!!) apartment nearby, and have so much more peace of mind. Most of their positive reviews are from folks who just moved in, clever tactic to get positive reviews before people truly settle into here.

Poor experience with management. Staff has deteriorated over the years and only focuses on sales rather than assisting residents. Really feels like once you become a resident they could care less about you. Especially when dealing with security in the garage. My car was broken into twice and once almost stolen. This included damage to my vehicle. This was after I had brought concerns to management about garage security on multiple occasions. I know for a fact other residents also made complaints. Management is very out of touch. Appliances are out of date. Mold grows in the bathroom and no serious fix is attempted due to management restriction on maintenance. Not to mention the rising cost of rent with each passing year. Also, if you live on any of the lower floors facing the street be prepared to sleep through constant loud music from. The pool and gym are the only real bright spot for the apartment. The place was great 3 years ago when I first moved in, but only seems to get worse as time goes by. I recommend steering clear and finding someplace else if your looking to rent.

👎👎horrible service down the line. Management, maintenance,  security. Poor poor poor
Don't waste your time or money.  Basura!
