Ariel was super helpful, been trying to look for an apartment in the Florida area and he made sure to give me all the listings along with references of the apartments available. It's hard trying to find a place being in a different state but I wish more places helped me this way because he was more than patient.

Ariel was delightful. Provided me with exactly what I needed and more, by simply being a decent person and making me feel like he actually wanted to help me :)

I just relocated from NYC and looked at several places before stumbling upon Intown…I got off of the elevator and the woman who I would come to find out “Agnez” asked if I had an appointment and when I said no she asked me to have a seat and she would be right with me… once she finished with the person she was working with she called me over and introduced herself…I told her what I was looking for and she was very attentive…during our walk thru the number of residents that greeted Agnez with LOVE and reciprocal was VERY impressive along with the buildings upkeep…before I even saw the apartment I knew this was where I wanted and needed to be…Agnez made it feel like home…and when I finally saw the place my thoughts were confirmed…all that to say Agnez is the BEST!! Looking forward to being a long term resident

Beyond satisfied with the building and most of all with Agnes ! She went above and beyond to make sure our application process was smooth as well as our move in process. She is an angel on earth and would recommend anyone looking for a new apartment to come here and to look for her. Thank you for making us feel at home since day one Agnes ! <3

Excellent service, good administration, we are very happy to live in this property, it was the best choice

I’m living in Intown apartments for three years and always that I have a problem in my apartment the handyman Omar goes faster to resolve it. He is a really kind man and excellent worker. We need more people like him working in the building

Lots of people's cars taking parking space in the residence parking garage without permission while others are paying and having to park either all the way up or down. People are always skipping with their cars in and out the parking lot. There needs to be more control over this matter.

I have been living in this building for a long time. This building is not safe. In my First year, they stole more than 20 car's airbags including mine. Last year they stole my father's car and attempted to steal my motorcycle 2 weeks later as you see in the first picture there is a broken key inside of the disc lock. Today, they tried to steal it second time and broke the key part as you see in the second picture. These are my experiences so far. Some of my neighbors had the same experiences. The gate door is open or broken most of the time that's why anybody can go in and out. There is no security camera in garage they don't keep garage safe even though we have told them many times. You may not see your car next day. This building is not safe and clean. You can see garbage all around. I am moving out soon. I STRONGLY do not recommend you to move here if you want to stay safe.

I’ve been this place more than three years one time they stole my brand new car air back with other couple car they stole also, they tire this year based on my Honda CRV it’s happened so many people couple time my son have motorcycle. They try to steal this time Just today. They broke the starter. This is a shame one of the big company they know how to charge a lot of money to people. Good enough security they don’t have any camera. Those people know that in three years been couple time happen nothing change this place. Need a good management. Nobody know what to do. My insurance went up because of this area not safe. Make sure before you move this place. This area check your insurance first make sure your car is safe. They messed it up my car. They stole my car. They tried to steal my. Company doesn’t care they only know how much they can charge to you. I don’t recommend this place. No one before you come here. To Lee’s apartment you are not safe. Make sure your car is safe and insurance. It’s gonna increase. I don’t recommend nobody there is no. To reach and explain your situation I’m tired. I will wait my lease and never gonna come back to this place and I don’t For nobody, I don’t want them to get shit and hurt. This is bullshit place. No security nothing.
